Breakfast was very good and room was big and modern, big windows looking at park, no noise at all! In bathroom was everything you need, in the room coffee and tea, refrigerator. Airport is just couple minutes from hotel. Good restaurant downstairs. I will definitely come here again !

Typical new build hotel, zero chance of getting fresh air. Aircon in room loud and would not cool the room. Couldn’t be turned off.

Feather pillows. The room had a set temperature of 22.5 which was too hot for us. We went to the front desk and were promised that a technician would reduce it but it did not happen.

Walkable from the terminal. Quiet place. Simple clean design, easy to check in and check out. Stylish place. This was cheaper than the Hyatt at Bangkok airport.

Property was right opposite the airport, no need to uber just a few minutes walk. This was what we needed for an overnight layover. 24 hour gym was a plus and included breakfast was convenient.

No pool but then again it’s an airport hotel so it’s understandable.

Wonderful staff, but a peculiar smell

The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. The rooms were functional, and the bathroom was spotless - no mean feat when you have grouted wall tiles. Our room had a partial view of the airport runway, so my kids spent more time watching the planes go by than they did the TV. We especially liked having the sofa-bed, so that our kids didn't need a second room. The staff at the Zoom restaurant were jovial and light-hearted. The breakfast spread was generous, and the bircher muesli was a treat. I loved the Tilsiter cheese with the warm bread rolls, but my kids preferred their brie and omelet sandwiches. We loved that you could walk right out of the restaurant and into Circle Park - it's no Swiss alp, but it's a welcome retreat from the urban jungle.

The rooms had a rather peculiar smell. The lobby smells perfectly pleasant, as do the hallways, but you know you've entered your room when it hits you. Our first room on the sixth floor smelled musty. When we told the staff about it, they were very understanding, and immediately offered to switch rooms. Our next room on the eighth floor didn't smell musty, but there was still something peculiar about it. We didn't make a fuss because we were only in the city for four nights.

Well located

Juices & Fruits at breakfast were sour and could’ve been replaced with sweeter juices. Otherwise everything at the property was great. Staff members Jerry and Ricardo were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel is connected to the airport in Zurich. A bit of a hike to get to the hotel but a very nice place to start or end your stay. The place feels and smells new. The bathroom is very clean and functional.

Everything was as i expected and matched the current reviews on the property. I'd stay here again if I visit Zurich in the future.

Good for a night’s stay for those with early flights

Location was on a different building which was quieter. 5-10mins walk to the airport departure hall.

Bed was too soft and I did not get a good sleep at all on the last night of my trip.

Need to Correct Getting to the Front Door to the hotel.

The Basic Location was good, by the Airport.

1. You need to walk approx 10 min with your own luggage just to get from the car drop off to the front door of the hotel. Since we were vacationers we had 4 suitcases. No porters. 2. Bathroom Sink drain. 3. Lack of adequate Tissues 4. No real closet. 5. They don't warn you or tell you how to open and close the curtains. 6. Food not great.
