We like the warm atmosphere, friendly accommodating staff, clean cozy rooms and have stayed here many times on our way through Zurich. It’s well located for ease of travel to Zurich main station and bus transfers to and from Airport are just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The lobby is cozy with a library, bar and restaurant. It’s familiar.
I miss the shuttle bus they used to have but we adapted. The official bus schedule easy to adopt.

Location is very close to the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. They are really responsive, responsible to guests. I was so tired after a busy day and ordered food , they helped me kept my food in the refrigerator and gave it to me next day. It’s very kind of them and I work up late and checked out a little bit late and they understood completely.
The room I stayed no kitchen, refrigerator so small and no AC.

Close to the airport, good breakfast, nice shower
We were during the heatwave and there was no A/C. The bedroom was a bit run-down, it was past its golden age. It did the trick for one night (we were stuck because of a problem with our flight)
