There is no restaurant for dinner on site and they have vending machines that only accept swiss coins, so very limited.

clean, appears new and well taken care of bed was decent, floor was clean but appeared more industrial. bathroom was okay needed door locks. shower was clean nice. cost was appreciated.

floor was rough textured, was more appropriate for a garage flooring not feet. no lock on bathroom door. window shades were too open for my liking on arrival but minimal.

Comfortable and conveniently situated near the Zurich airport.

Easily accessible by public transport and very close to the airport. Easy check in and the room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and the hairdryer was an unexpected bonus.

The family in the adjacent room had a baby that cried a lot. This was annoying as the walls were not soundproof.

Perfect stay to be close to the airport

Even though it’s a large hotel with many rooms and located close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet — we had a great night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The location is convenient, with easy access to and from the airport. Breakfast offered plenty of food with a good selection of the usual options. You would definitely be full. The internet was outstanding, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel of this size. Staff were friendly and professional, though clearly very busy, as they had a lot to manage. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for travelers needing to be close to the airport.

The ham was of basic quality for breakfast - was not ham off the bone.

Met my expectation of a budget hotel which is comfortable and ticked all the basic room requirement.

The affordability and good location, right in front of a tram stop with good connections around the city.

The fruit at breakfast appeared to be that which was tinned. Could be wrong, but it didn’t taste fresh.

Very reasonably priced and Sufficient for a one night stay. SUPER close to Zurich airport! For those checking in late evening, there’s an Italian restaurant next to it that’s yummy.

The parking CHF20 was expensive for one night 😭 Not much air ventilation in the room so we had to open the window so it was a bit noisy due to people speaking outside and car noises.

The location to the airport is wonderful -- only two tram stops away. The room price is appropriate for the Zürich area. I've stayed here numerous times and the rooms are always very clean. Easy, fast check-in and check-out.

I would prefer a fitted bottom sheet on the bed, but it's fine for just one night.

Everything!!!!! Convenient, modern, staff, location, cleanliness, this property was perfect for our needs and will definitely stay there again. The tram from the airport stops right in front of the hotel and same tram services goes downtown Zurich. Highly recommend this hotel!

Not worrhed the price.

The reception area. I asked for wheelchair accessible room and I got a very large one.

Our camera had, all the time, a weird smell. The pillows and beds were extremely uncomfortable. I asked foe a room for 3 people but the bed for the one for the third person wasn’t ready… we had to prepare it by ourselves.

Due to a holiday the place was very overpriced for room we got super tiny if the employees were nicer it could have been a good experience but no matter the time we arrived they were traumatizing rude.

The member of staff that we dealt with was very rude, booking.com said my city tax would be £32 but once we got to the property they were trying to charge me £35 so I showed them the amount I was supposed to pay and the staff just kept waving it aside and just telling me to ‘pay now’ and ignoring what I was saying about the incorrect price The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and we didn’t have a separate bathroom which wasn’t disclosed to us. This was awkward as I was staying with a friend and the shower was attached directly to the rest of the hotel room. This was particularly frustrating because of how much we paid for the room

The hotel is located near to tram stop (2 mins) walk so it is very convenient. We stay here because it is very near to the Airport and would definitely recommend you to stay here if you need to take a flight from Zurich Airport. You can reach the Airport within 10mins tram ride. To go to the Central, it took about 30 mins tram ride, which is considered reasonable. We do not have our breakfast included but I did order the breakfast add-on for 15chf. The breakfast started very early at 4am which is good to carter early traveler to Airport. The room is comfortable and has a toilet attached.

Glad I was only staying a few hours to freashen up before a flight.

There wasn’t a kitchenette in the room I expected to be able to have coffee but instead this was downstairs in the lobby and it was at a charge. This at-least should have been a free service for the night’s accommodation.

There is actually no real lobby in the hotel. The actual lobby is very small. There is a nice sitting place inside and outside but it is open only for the meals.
