This brand-new hotel features a modern design, with very clean rooms and updated amenities. Its location is highly convenient—close to the airport with multiple bus routes available.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. While the hotel does not allow guests to leave belongings at reception, they do offer early check-in for an additional fee. Some flexibility in guest services could be improved.

I like the clean minimalistic Scandinavian design and the most comfortable bed. The price/value ratio is excellent. The location to Zürich Airport (6 min. by bus) or the train to Zürich Downtown is optimal.

It would be great to grab a coffee & croissant without having the entire breakfast buffet.

Stay at Zleep Hotel

Comfortable bed

There is construction going on next door and on my side of the building it was too noisy and a lot of dust - the air conditioning didn't work so I had to open the windows and literally eat dust and hear the noise. There are buses to the airport and on public holidays and evening and dawn they are not too frequent - given that the hotel is just a 6 minute drive, taxis don't want that drive so it puts you in a very difficult position of either being too early somewhere- alternative of walking is also not convenient as it's still a 30 minute walk with luggage - I feel it's overpriced but that's what you get in Switzerland - it's not somewhere I would be staying in again since for me the price and the lack of real convenience to the airport doesn't make the cut. There is no fridge, no boiler and the basin is outside the toilet, in the room which is also something I did not like at all

Good hotel, dark and quiet rooms, friendly staff. Perfect for a 2 night stay during our trip around Switzerland.

Had to pay extra for parking our car, breakfast was a little simple/not varied but ok for a short stay.

Well-connected, modern and new airport hotel

For an airport hotel, my room was very spacious. And, surprisingly quiet, too. It's located just 200 metres from Kloten train station (just hop on a train headed for Winterthur from platform 18 at Zurich HB) and around 2 kilometres from the airport - it's an easy walk if you're only travelling with hand luggage; otherwise there is a regular bus service. The hotel doesn't serve food in the evenings (only breakfast) but there are shops and restaurants in Kloten (an Aldi literally over the road and a Vietnamese restaurant next door) so you won't struggle to find food. And the hotel does have a bar.

overall, good for our needs but could be better

It was a very smooth check in and check out. The room was good for what we needed and was nice and clean. very close and accessible by the airport. it's also nice to be right above two grocery stores.

the bathroom was weird. the door to the bathroom was also the shower door and it didnt reach the floor so water poors all over the bathroom floor when you shower. also the sink is outside of the bathroom so thats a plus and a minus. the garbage can was small and insufficient. finally'the lack of contact from staff and no way to call room service was confusing. it felt like we couldnt get help even if we needed

Location was nice with a supermarket and convenience store across the road. Also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who organised an early morning taxi for us.

Beds were not very comfy at all and while the rooms were nicely decorated, they were small and not very comfortable.

Basic budget hotel

The location was prime. The public transport (bus) takes you from Zurich airport to the hotel in 10 mins. So you could save some budgets by not staying at the airport. The facilities are pretty basic. Great that there was a hair-dryer in the room. It could have been better to have a kettle and proper mugs (not paper cups). Note that bottle water was not provided. The self-check-in machine worked fine for me, though it did take proper 5 minutes to fill in all the information.

I checked in after 11pm when the reception was already closed. Then I found no towels in the room which was a huge inconvenience to me. The next day the receptionist confirmed that it was a negligence but they couldn't do much as I only stayed one night.
