Stayed overnight to be near the airport for our flight the next day. Hôtel is very convenient, centrally located for food options, easy to find from the airport (easy 5-minute walk) comfortable, friendly staff, clean accommodations. Took the stress out of our travel day.

Great location. Convenient location. But come on, your rates are too high. Radisson Blue with closer location to Airport is 50 Euros cheaper. Your water fountain at the entrance looks and feels like it is made to deter customers from entering the hotel. Reception location is also not too friendly. You either have to walk up with your luggage of be forced to take the elevator. If I had a later flight I would not stay here. Or, if I had looked at other hotels more carefullly I would stay at Radisson which is still pricey but at least for the same amenities and closer location it is 50 Euros cheaper.

The claim that this hotel has working AC is fraudulent. Our room was uncomfortably hot. On multiple calls, the staff claimed to “make adjustments to the central system” but the temperature did not change throughout the night. Eventually, a noisy fan was delivered as a solution. We booked this airport hotel because we had early flights. We would have walked away from this room and found a different option if we were not so pressed for time. Do not stay here. The hotel management is aware of the issue and they have no intention of fixing it. It is a scam.

You have to walk to this Hotel from The Circle Dive. Very inconvenient in a Thunderstorm. We got soaked. The walk to the ternimal in the rain the next morning seamed further than in the listing... probably because it was outside in the rain. No way to avoid it since vehicles can't get to the hotel. Once there the hotel is fine although the service in the "Coffee shop" was so slow the manager did not charge us for our meal.

A quality hotel, convenient for most air passengers but not for those arriving by car. We were dropping our rental car off at the airport and since there is no road access to the Hyatt Place we had to ask to park at the Hyatt Regency, offload our bags, walk the three minutes with them to check in at the Hyatt Place and then return the car. There was no advance warning that this was the case. Just not expected or convenient.

This is no luxury hotel with special amenities. They don't have decaf at breakfast. I had to go to another area to ask. Very few amenities in room. I would not stay again. Breakfast is okay. The scrambled eggs taste instant .

I booked this hotel mainly because it was walking distance from the airport. There are restaurants around the area too. Taxi was easy access but i will not recommend it (too pricey). Next time we'll figure out the public transport instead for sure. Shopping in Zurich was the main purpose :)
