Hotel is clean and amenities are in good condition. It’s only 4 subway stops from Zurich HB and city center. The shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient. The only complaint is that our room wants cleaned two days in a row, which wasn’t a big deal as we only needed fresh towels.

The hotel and room were beautiful, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of different options, and had a beautiful view of the river and mountains. We loved our stay

Staff was great. Airport shuttle was also great and convenient for our visit. We had a couple issues with room items like water kettle, towels but they were handled well by staff
