Fit for purpose.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier free of charge.

The food was not the best. The room was a little old, the carpet did not look too clean. The hotel overall looked a bit dated.

Great stop close to Paris

We stayed here twice as a halfway point traveling from NL to the Dordogne and back. There was a big parking space where we could easily fit our car and trailer tent for the night. The hotel is very dog friendly and it was no problem for us to have our (medium sized) dog in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, good sleep and great breakfast to start your onward journey

Easy to find nice surroundings very peaceful, towels provided for the swimming pool. Lovely Rituals products to use in the room. Breakfast was amazing!!

Dinner choice not varied for vegetarian we had to eat out. The badminton rackets and shuttlecocks were not in a usable condition.

easy access from the motorway, There is some activities outdoors and indoors, mini golf, ping pong 🏓, swimming pool, , table football. Great bar and good breakfast. Friendly and responsive staff. Close to Versailles

Great staff, poor hygiene.

Staff was great. Food very good. Best breakfast in our 3 weeks of travel.

The HVAC system was not working in our room. In viewing all the HVAC vents in our room and in the hallways, they were plainly very soiled. Swiping one's fingers on the louvers, the grime came right off on one's fingers. Pretty gross. I tried calling the front desk on our room HVAC and the night attendant hung up on me.

The hospitality of the staff. They gave my daughter a marvelous birthday 🎉. The breakfast was good and healthy. The ganes for the kids even when the weather was bad.

The location is good. The external appearance of the building is good. The staff attention is on me is good.

The first room was terrible toilet smell. I went to the nother room. It was good. Your reception area at the front desk area completely toilet smell. The breakfast so much empty. They said it is coming. We have no time to stay for their food coming to the buffet. The elevator too far from the reception.

Good service, friendly stuff, quiet location

The swimming pool wasn't in order and they didn't fix it during the week of our stay. I have especially choose this place to have a swimming pool. I think they could offer a compensation for the inconveniences and level the price of logging with another hotels of the same category, but without the swimming pool.

Great hotel, some truly appalling customer service in the restaurant

Very comfortable rooms and beds, good food, fab pool and games/mini golf etc and an ideal location for a day trip to Versailles on our way home from the south. Staff on reception were lovely.

This is the very first bad review of a hotel I have given. Incredibly rude restaurant staff. Breathtakingly so, and one waitress in particular who ought to have ben fired after the way she acted and spoke to guests. We may have arrived on a Saturday evening in peak season, but we had no choice after an 8 hour drive and we were treated awfully simply because we became impatient after waiting for our evening meal for several hours (with 3 kids in tow). I was in tears at one point, and quite shocked when our order, once finally placed, was cancelled (vindictively?) because we asked to be moved indoors. I suggest they warn guests in future to pre-book at table at the restauant because arriving at 6pm, being unable to book until 8.30pm but not eating until 10.20pm is outrageous. Standing at the reservations counter for 25 minutes after our reservastion time and being very deliberatley ignored was humiliating. We are friendly people and hate antagonism so this was very shocking for us. We could have easily eaten enroute if we'd known they were struggling. Seasoned travellers may well know to do this in peak season, we didnt.
