Good location. Mediocre hotel.

The location is good. Close to the shopping centre. Easy to get into the city from.

The room window did not shut properly which allowed the cold in. Staff at breakfast don't really bring more food out. For example if you go to breakfast forty-five minutes before closing and the scrambled egg and bacon is finished, no one brings out any more. Also, we asked the bar staff for more tea bags for the room. They did not have any. They took me to reception as they would have some. But they didn't either. They said room service will replenish it in the morning. Room service did not replenish and teabags etc throughout our stay. In fact, they didn't even tidy and replace used cups.

It was unfortunately nothing special for a 4! star hotel. Will stay elsewhere next time.

That it was close to my work. Breakfast was not bad.

For some of the staff English was a real challenge, couldn’t open the window in my room, one elevator was not working, elevator didn’t show the floor you’re on. Prior to arriving I asked for a single, separate duvet, was told the beds are composed with a single duvet which was not true and the receptionist said they only have double beds, hence only one big double duvets available. It was cold inside. Room and facilities old and worn out. Room card stopped working.

A lovely 1st time experience

My 6yo daughter's first time in a hotel and she was impressed. We received an upgrade which was a lovely touch. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was fantastic.

Water fountain on the 6th floor couldn't be found but it was not an issue

Friday was especially very hot weather.

when i checked in for my 2 rooms your collegue told me that the airco doesnt work in the whole building and that the rooms are very hot and we can open the windows. I asked for compensation because I specifically looked for a hotel with air conditioning before booking. My rooms were on the third floor and i have 3 small children so its to dangerous to open the window and it was very hot. It wasnt a nice stay and they didnt respond on my request.

Navigation. Due to road works it's very hard to get onto the location So it will be much appreciate if they can fix proper sign posters on desire locations to reach hotel without any difficulties

There was not enough drinking water supply to the room and we end up boiling our own water in the cattle and cooling back in the fridge for drinking.Dinner menu not have many choice of food just very limited food menu Also property located about 9miles away from the Paris city centre.

A memory to always cherish during my time at Mercure

The size of the room and beds are perfect for the family. Breakfast was superb with loads of choices to choose from. My daughters love the swimming pool and the temperature of the water was just right. Your customer service at the reception were very helpful and polite. Big thanks to them all. My family and I can't wait for our next visit. Good luck

Someone told me that you allow visitors with dogs. I hope you do not allocate a room that has been given to someone with dogs. I do not believe human should share a room with dogs

For extra bed they charged us with one more room but extra bed never came so they charged us about 135 euros

Rooms were next to eachother and were connected so the family could stay together.

Road works make it almost impossible to enter the parking spot. The hotel is outdated and the rooms look old. There is no real reception other then a table with a laptop in the lobby

I felt nickel and dimed for things like parking which wasn't even controlled. The facilities and surrounding area are under construction and the entrance was impossible to find because of lack of signs. My child was bitten 6 times by SOMETHING in the room within an hour of arrival. The halls smelled like pot. The building needs repairs. There were hairs everywhere. Really a regrettable experience and they didn't even have a reception desk, just a random table that also wasn't marked.

It’s my second stay in this hotel and at this time I stayed very disappointed. Staff not helpful at all. Had room booked

Great location.

Staff not helpful, provide disinformation. Was told breakfast is until 11, but wasn’t told that it’s only on weekends, so stayed without breakfast for which I did paid. Dirty rooms, had just half roll of toilet paper for 2 days and for 3 persons, no shower gel at all, no tissues, no sanitizer bags. The hotel needs renovation.

Excellent stay next to Paris - we enjoyed a comfortable room, the varied breakfast selection and the pool. Flavia was particularly nice, offering us an upgrade and other additional amenities. the staff is generally excellent and very helpful.

Breakfast was reasonable. Restaurant closed early, and we had to go to the KFC for dinner on the first night.

Elevators were quite small, cramped, and slow during peak periods. Overall, not too bad though.

Drug use in the hotel

That we could leave.

Do not stay here as the staff allow drugs to be smoked in the room, we had our child with us and our room stank all night and all day as the staff wouldn't tell off the people smoking cannabis inside the hotel. The whole corridor stank. We saw the people who had been smoking drugs and the staff knew them, they were laughing and joking with them when they had caused alot of people issues. We all felt quite ill due to thick smoke of cannabis in our room. We eventually got moved but the rooms are very run down and dirty.

the bathroom was not clean at all. the toilette bowl was disgusting. yellow stain and it is very smelly. the sink is clog and the water is hard to go down. it is really disgusting.

Clean, great location, family friendly, pet friendly, fun amenities, and awesome breakfast!

The room was clean, breakfast was great, the pool was a big plus and the old-school Street Fighter arcade machine! Our kids loved it! We love how easy it was to check in and check out. The location was so close to the mall. There was ample parking on site too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is not the hotel's fault, but wish there were no construction going on by the streets there. The stay and location was still worth-it!

The night. One elevator wasn’t working, it sounded like the doors were continuous opening and closing. Went to the reception at 2h they didn’t had earplugs. Tried with cleanex in my ears but didn’t help. Last time i checked the clock it was 3h. Had to work the next day at 8 until 3h in ballainvillier and had a long drive home with only 3hours sleep. Had to pay the full amount so no i could not be happy with my stay!
