I didn’t have breakfast

The staff were friendly and supportive. Shout out to Fatima, the Bar staff and the Congolese-Frenchman who checked us in (can't believe we missed your name, after so many interesting conversations :) ). All staff helped make our stay special as it was our 13 year wedding anniversary and 2 year old's birthday. Upgraded to the interconnecting rooms and the bed and roons were comfortable and spacious with well regulated air conditioning, didnt need to adjust through out the stay. The room was cleaned everyday, with a complimentary juice, which the kids loved. Your sustainability plan via refillable water, juice in paper cartons, no plastic and overall activity zone was lovely.

....the breakfast selection seemed limited, runs out often, slowly replenished and not fully cooked(sausage and eggs). The property seemed old and in need of some repair, albeit staff made concious effort to keep it clean and tidy. There is only so much one can do to clean without a lick of paint :)

The best thing about the hotel was the swimming pool. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The location was great, and everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! 😊

The only thing I didn’t like is that there were no charging points near the beds. Also, there was only 1 UK type socket in the room.
