Lovely hotel, very clean, tidy, comfy bed, spacious rooms, super quiet, fabulous gym.
I think you need to give a bit more training at the reception - communication is sometimes difficult (might be language barrier).

Convenient location for French open. Spacious hotel lobby and convenient to have a restaurant downstairs.
Outdated and very small rooms. Wish they were bigger and a bit more modern. Staff seemed ill-informed and didn't know basic things like how room service works. Key cards didn't work on two occasions during short stay.
