Good stay - Good conditions but price can be improved

The room and common areas were clean. The Reception staff was kind and professional. It has a restaurant and they sell drinks and snacks, which is handy.

I was expecting more from the breakfast but it wasn't bad, however for what it cost a night in this hotel I feel like there should be more options.

The hotel was perfectly located near the road we were traveling on. We arrived around 3 pm. We were amazed to hear that

The staff were great. Room was very comfortable. Plenty of parking on site.

Hot Breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs sausage and an empty tray which had been put out early morning and were quite dry. Asked for fried egg and they said not available. It was over priced, 18 euros for what was essentially a continental breakfast, we only had it for the first day. We decided not to have breakfast for the remainder of our 5 day stay.

Stay away! 2 star accommodation that pretends to be 4 star hotel. With according prices. Scandalous!

Location in industrial area. Old and run down. Tiny pool was yellow from age. Impossible to flush toilet properly. TV had all English channels blocked.

Absolutely not worth £220 a night!

the location worked well as a stop over

The rooms were tired and a bit grubby with black mouldy bits around the windows and above the shower head on the ceiling. The pool area was run down with broken shower, paving broken with weeds and stained pool coving.

Great receptionist but terrible management from the Hotel.

The receptionist was incredible. She worked alone all night to accommodate all of the people trying to check in to their rooms. Bravo to her and I commend her work ethic.

Only one person was working in this supposedly 4-star hotel during a busy weekend. She worked tirelessly for all the people waiting in line - the line of people queuing reached the doorway of the hotel. It was horrible as we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in to our rooms.

Staff are excellent, the breakfast was really good, the room was a bit “used” in parts but the bed was excellent and it was a very comfortable sleep. Stayed here on the way home from Spain. location is perfect, just off the motorway and lots of restaurants nearby. we stayed in a family room and having the separate bedroom for the kids was ideal. Would recommend it for a place to stay over and worth the extra it costs vs other places

A transit stop

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, a lot of choice. Good general cleanliness and rules due to Covid 19.

We didn't know that the restaurant on Friday evening was closed which was a pity after a long drive. A shower in the Bath was not ideaal due to risico of slipping in the bath. The cleanliness did not extend to the corners of the windowsill and the corner of the shower door and the tiles by the shower door which was a pity because the rest of the room was top notch.

Good stop over on our way to Spain

Perfect for a comfortable stop over! Swimming pool friendly service and comfortable beds! We arrive late and still they were kind to serve us dinner and drinks. Definitely a place to come back during our road trips !

They ask for a deposit, I never heard that before 😖.
