Something sketchy

- 24 hours check in was convenient. - The room was clean and decent enough for the money spent. - Hot shower. - Location was convenient off the highway but a bit of a puzzle to get there. - Bed was comfortable enough to rest as a stop of a long journey.

- Strange group of male guests checking in at the same time as us. - The walls are really thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. We unfortunately had neighbours who were getting it on really loud for more than an hour, maybe more, late into the night. In the morning I heard a woman crying and this made me feel very uncomfortable. It felt like something sketchy went on. - The staff welcoming us at check in was not very present, he seemed out of it (at around 8pm) but the morning shift staff was very polite and warm (10am) when we checked out. - Tiny room and bathroom/shower. I guess to be expected for the price.

It was all okay all things considered.

The staff were very willing to assist in any querry i had despite the language barrier. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations.

There was someone smoking in my wing and the hallway always smelt of smoke. Cleaning was only done on the day after my arrival and day before my departure despite leaving the tag at the door when i left for my duties.

Room cleaning was never done throughout my stay because the person comes early and will never return back when we would have gone out. It was cold and the heater will always trip off on its own, so i have to keep getting up to restart the heater.

On the morning of our second stay a receptionist forcibly chased one of the residents out of her room and she did not go there in a conventional manner. CHANGE THE RECEPTIONIST. even if this girl had made a mistake.

I was very disgusted. The lady at the reception was very uncomfortable, she did not want or she did not know to speak in English and the hotel did not accept payment via booking. I had to cancel my stay through booking and buy a room directly at the hotel, which was more expensive.

Oreilles dur dur ... aucune souplesse. Sonnette à l accueil HS ce qui fait que j ai du attendre que l on m ouvre la porte d entrée. Peut être penser à communiquer le code d entrée quand on réserve.
