There is one problem in the hotel there is some refugees who are staying in a Hotel when reach evening time they are cooking in the room and very bad smell is coming out.

A great budget hotel

Easy to find with fantastic staff. If you are in a tight budget, this place is an absolute gem

As it is a budget hotel, familiar considerations like air conditioning, complimentary water and toiletries are not going to be available. The room size reflects its budget nature and free breakfast is quit limited but always remember that this is the cheapest hotel you are going to find. It is clean and the staff are fantastic

Nightmare.

The location was good, to cut travel in half to go from The Netherlands 🇳🇱 to the Charente-Maritime. Near the motorway.

The bathroom was filthy, the fitted sheet and pillowcases were not changed. There were a collection of black hairs on the pillow and not even to talk about the pillows, disgusting, needed to be changed a long time ago. I would have left, but travelling with two small dogs and all luggage I was on the second floor, no elevator! And very tired from my travel.

As expected nice and quiet, secure onsite parking. Room was small and bathroom adequate for 1 night.

Good location and close to restarurants

The room was ‘tired’, perhaps the hotel needs a refurb, was only there overnight, arrived late and left early. Couldn’t turn TV off with remote control. Looked for a switch on TV and since it was put on wall it looked and felt as though it had never been cleaned, full of dust. Would not of wanted to book any more than 1 night.

Day was long but night even longer with room charged for two but made for one and mattress was hard

There "ABSOLUTELY" nothing to like about this hotel. It shouldn't be on Booking.com.

1- False Advertisement, hotel appearance isn't the same 2- Hotel smells musty cigarettes in all the hallways 3- People smoking right in front of the entrance door 4- Room smaller than average bathroom with no space for any form of living 5- Bathroom is equivalent to an airplane bathroom with shower together and so small make taking a shower nearly impossible 6- Toilet felt like coming off the wall. Can't use toilet after coming out of shower because of too much water on the floor impossible to avoid the mess in the first place 7- Breakfast was merely a suggestion than the actual thing. Mostly bred, tiny glass of orange juice the only juice available, small cup of coffee with no other options 8- Wall paper thin. Could hear other people from other room. Felt like Refugee center with people yelling and screaming after their kids 9- Room has no basic leaving necessity such as no refrigerator, no night stands, no power outlets next to the bed, no alarm clock, light switch not fully functional, mattress very small than advertise and felt like sleeping on a rock 10- Pay the room for two, but the mattress was very small for a single person much less two 11- Hotel location is very far away from Paris and any Attractions places

Worst place ever should not be on any comparison sites

This place was like a refugee hostel families in there with children all through the night doors banging children screaming this should not be on any comparison sites i.e. booking.com et cetera the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

As above the worst hotel ever mould in the rooms I was scared to even use the shower which I didn’t supposed to have got breakfast didn’t come this place is -10

Vraiment rien. J'avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel que j'ai repris pour des facilités à me rendre sur mon lieu de travail. Je connaissais les conditions d'hébergement.

Longue attente avant que quelqu'un ne vienne à l'accueil. Chambre très petite avec ménage douteux. Toiles d'araignée qui pendent au dessus du lit. Moisissure dans la minuscule salle de bain / WC peu pratique (pas très adaptée pour les personnes de forte corpulence). Petit déjeuner très simple, avec produits uniquement sous plastique. Odeurs de nourriture dans les étages. Chambres peu insonorisées...

Après une bonne nuit ( même avec la chaleur} et un bon petit déj PARFAIT pour reprendre la route .

le parking est surveillé et fermé la nuit. Possibilité de rentrer la nuit avec du personnel 24/24. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. Je recommande cet établissement.

restaurant et commerces à proximité

pas d'ascenseur, pas indiqué pour des personnes handicapées, odeur de vieille moquette dans les escaliers, chambres très mal insonorisées . lit deux places très étroit, pas de paiement possible avec des chèques ANCV. Déjeuner pas très cher, mais qualité moyenne des produits notamment la viennoiserie bon marché emballée dans des emballages plastique. toutes les portes des chambres voisines grincent.
