Impeccable service. Superb buffet breakfast with coffee service staff. Beautiful dining area for breakfast. Lovely lounge area with free tea, coffee, iced water, and complimentary cake & coffee served here daily at 2pm Superb laundry service. Unbelievably good room service. Massive rooms with a chaise-longe, good sized desk, huge, comfy king bed. Lovely layout & decor, simple, fresh, Parisian. French door windows that open for Fresh air. Warm, cozy, comfortable and impeccably clean. Great pillows. Huge bathroom with his & her sinks, bathtub and shower. Heated towel rails. Signature bath robes. Complimentary champagne at check-in. Baggage delivered to your room. VIP entry into Musée D'Orsay, no queues. Easy walk to Seine and cruises. (Highly recommend Batobus (ferry) over the dearer boats for transport from one end of Paris to the other. 2 min walk from motel. 48hr ticket, get on and off as many times as you like and it stops at all of the major monuments. Great ride and not crowded as most tourists opt for the fancier cruises with champagne and meals - A beautiful, non-stressful way to view the city and it monuments). Hotel is 2 min walk to Musée d’Orsay & easy walk to restaurants & bars. Outside seating area at the motel and small library nook are a nice touch. If you're looking for a pampered luxury escape that is stress free, this is the place to go! Cannot compliment the staff enough on their helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness! A big thank you to all of them, from kitchen, to room service, to reception, just amazing. Access to sister motels to freshen up or have a complimentary drink, in other parts of the city!

Great location, communicative staff and easy to find. Good stay.

The welcome was very nice, friendly staff and helpful. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The decoration was pleasant, and I much enjoyed the reception area, the piano, the upstairs sitting area as well. It was close to the station, the parking under the hotel is safe and airy, it is all very practical.

It was a bit hot to sleep with the bedroom West facing and having the hot sun in the afternoon. I wouldn't change anything else.

Dirty rooms, no cleaning service despite request. Loud noisy staff from 7am. Extremely dirty shower. Incredibly hot, stuffy and a consistent bad smell
