At my last day Ms. Dieretou helped us with our questions and solved our issues quickly. Special thanks to her kindness and support.

Breakfast was not great in terms of different options also time to time some of the food were finished.

It was neat and clean the staff were good especially those cleaning rooms

Extremely small rooms as my sister family had 3 in a room which made room so very congested. Breakfast timing needs to be extended to 11 At night the staff needs to be more alert of travellers checking in after 12 and open door promptly

Enjoyable.

The hotel is in a good location if you are travelling by car to Paris and other tourist spots. From the cleaners to reception staff we found all of the staff polite and helpful. We asked for rooms close to eachother and were provided with interconnecting rooms, which was lovely. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!

The rooms are a little dark, but not an issue. Also, the accessible shower/bathroom would benefit from some kind of shower curtain or screen.

Very Enjoyable from start to finish but will not stay again in this hotel due to being so far out

Staff was very helpful especially the reception - room was always clean and bathroom always spotless. Breakfast was good but there is always rom for improvement - all in all we had a good stay

We didn't like the location at all - it was very far our from the city (Paris Centre) so we had to go each time by bolt - once in the morning and then back again in the evenings - which was an extra expense

Location was in the outskirts but right next to giant westfield shopping center. Room was clean and modern.

Wifi kept failing. Getting to the hotel was difficult due to lack of signage due to construction. Parking was dangerous as it was very wet and slippery surface with big puddles. Gates to and from parking was inconsistent in working. Room card kept failing resulting in having to go down to re code it.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast

We had to leave early on the day of our check-out. They were not willing to make up breakfast for us as a takeaway. They confirmed that 80% of the breakfast will be set up before we leave. No breakfast were available. They had cereal without milk, no cutlery or juice. I literally had to ask for everything. The guy at reception weren't helpful. The location is poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

The business park location is a little dead in the evening / weekend Construction happening in hotel vicinity .. but |I cant blame the hotel for that!

Decent level of everything, as you would expect from a Holiday Inn…

I got a parking ticket because the receptionist girl failed to mention that they had parking garage under the building. Instead, she told me I could park on the side of the road without any problems.. One morning all the cars parked on that side of the hotel were ticketed (more than 10 cars including mine) so I am guessing other misleaded guests were also impacted..

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, good for families.

The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day,, providing us with supplies and fresh towels. breakfast is very good. the best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly, helpful employees especially Aurelie, she is awesome!

The location, even though it's near the Velizy 2 mall, it's very far from everything else, nothing you can do about this though unless you can move the Eiffel tower closer :)
