Great value for money in expensive Paris

Clean and decent. Shopping mall is a 5 min drive.

Next to highway, although thanks to great insulation you would never know it. But opening a window is not an option. Terrible cell reception on all operators. Maybe heavily overbooked with residential area and highway combined, but this is not hotels fault.

Good experience

The reception staff are very kind and accommodating. There was a leak and an issue with the wifi both were solved immediately. But good experience overall.

The only issue I would say the towels were not clean and the bathroom was not really clean, even at the reception.

Worked for what we needed.

The rooms were good size and plenty of room for our family. The AC was nice.

The bathroom was nice, but the shower didn’t drain well and there is no vent in the bathroom so the moisture stayed and filled the room if we left the bathroom door open.

Passable

Breakfast was a let down, not sure what the eggs are made off nor the bacon. On arrival, though late there was quite a lot of dust on surfaces showing that for awhile the room had not been cleaned. Had to wet a tissue and wipe down some of the surfaces. You get one pillow so not that comfy but the beds are OK. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom so gets steamy easily.

Modern design. Easy access. Underground parking convenient and price of 9€ ok for Paris. Nice wooded area with good space locally for exercise

1. The aircon was very poor. The weather was actually quite cool but the room was very warm. We stayed 2 nights so I mentioned this to reception and they advised that it was only possible to cool the room to 24 deg. C. I am convinced that our room was warmer than this but even if not, 24 is quite warm if you want a good nights sleep. We took the duvet out of its cover and used the sheet only. It was actually only about 16 deg. C outside temperature overnight both nights but if you opened the window the room filled quickly with mosquitos. After getting eaten alive I killed 6 or 7 and had to keep the window closed and cook! 2 poor nights sleep resulted. 2. USB charger x 2 in the room, neither of which worked. Reported this to reception and they didn’t offer any solution. 3. Safe in room didn’t work. Reported this to reception. Apparently safes were new and not yet operational. 4. Tables not cleaned between guests at breakfast service. 5. Car park concrete surface isvery dirty so expect your car mats to get dirty when you get in your car. We also trod this into the lifts and left footprints in the bedroom corridor which were not cleaned. 6. I wouldn’t stay here again and would probably avoid other B and B hotels in summer because of the aircon. 7. We messaged via booking.com 2 weeks before staying to ask about parking but the hotel never responded

Very friendly stuff. They gave us information and helps us in our request. The room was big, quiet, clean, with very comfortable beds. The heating system was working, and the internet was good. The breakfast there had plenty of choices.

I don't have complaints.

there is a bus station very near after few stops you reach to main metro in 30 min you are in the centre buses each 5 min silent although there is highway in front

was very cold weather lobby was hot but room was colder due to energy limitation wifi not working well room was not so clean in details and smaller than pictures no closet just hangers limited desk area for working and to put daily stuff at late time surrounding area is a bit scary forest and highway only no people outside like downtown
