The hotel is a little bit outdated. A funny smell in the hotel (not bad, just different), loose and dirty carpets in the hallways, saggy beds, airco needs updating

The hotel lobby requires cleaning. Garage parking instructions, including entry and exit points, lack clarity. Repeated malfunctions with the room key cards necessitated multiple service requests, yet the problem persisted. The air conditioning system was inoperable. The per-person city tax was excessive.

Hotel in understaffed and the staff is rude

They assigned us to an already used room. There were already guests there. The rooms description did not match with reservation details.

Breakfast was great, location too.

In the rooms it was too hot to sleep in at night, ac didn't work, so I had to move at midnight to another room. Was alright but still hot.

The breakfast was superb and the whole place looks very professional, everything clean and tidy. Most of the experience would have passed for a five star hotel.

The greatest shortcoming of this place is the location, it is quite far out in the business-outskirts of Paris and there is no underground or train nearby. There are some buses that I did not manage to experience in the end. The only unpleasant experience within the hotel was that they could not handle a substantial queue of guests checking in or out. That can lead to a lot of queuing before you get in or out (I don't mean all the time, but if you are unlucky).

If you're thinking about this accommodation, it's well worth it

Super clean, really comfortable bed; you can't hear the traffic at all, and it's on a main road; easy to get to by public transport, and easy to get to everywhere; fantastic breakfasts ... everything in your room just feels so luxurious

The location is very good, easy to reach if you take a tram. Even though the hotel is on the busy road, the room was very quiet. Very nice bar near the reception.

Very good

Well equiped rooms with all needed facilities. It is modern and comfortable business hotel. I liked the interior and I liked soud isolation. It was completly quiet in my room.

The reception bar is too expensive. We came late and sit down for a drink in a lobby and we were quite negative surprised. A bar acros the street has significat lover prices for a beer.

Normally a good hotel to stay in but not with the central heating on max power.

Hotel is fine well equipped, well situated and functional. I was upgraded to one of their nicest room and it was a pleasant experience up to the matter in the bad.

Room was over 26 degrees! The air conditioning was useless and the management could not do anything to lower the temperature. I had to sleep the window open next to a motorway, not a very good night, next time, I will check in advance for the room temperature.

too little choice of tea and too few decaffeinated coffee ;-) finding the entry arriving by taxi was difficult my room was not yet finished by the cleaning personal in the late afternoon windows could not be opened
