I will never comeback and not Recommend

Breakfast was so poor code, and about check out very satiric even I request for 10,30 instead of 10 and they said you need to pay 50 euros extra

Nice stay

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Small kitchen, I didn't use it but convenient. Early check-in possible.

No toilet paper in the toilet. Breakfast quite expensive compared to room rate and offered food.

.Disappointing stay compared to last year

Last year, we stayed at the same hotel on the first floor and had a great experience — that’s why we chose to return.

Unfortunately, this time we were given a room on the ground floor, at the same level as the swimming pool. The air in the room was very unpleasant due to a strong chlorine smell coming from the pool. I reported it to the reception, but unfortunately, no other rooms were available. On the first night, we could hardly sleep because of the smell. Sadly, this stay was not worth the price we paid. A big disappointment, especially compared to our great stay last year. Unfortunately I won't return again to this hotel.

it a horrible the road on google map has also been blocked, i spent more than 40min looking for road

nothing at hotel from 10pm, i left key card in the room and i had to sleep in the sofa at reception for a whole night with my family.

Very helpful staff, I was very impressed with the service provided by the staff, I was driving since 2am in the morning, the receptionist was very understanding and checked me very early

Car park cost, most hotels in the area do not charge for car parking & €150 deposit to make sure you keep the kitchen clean, not very happy with it, should be informed prior to booking

Good for families

Very comfortable beds. Kitchenette has 2 hobs (not on the description) which made self catering much easier. Accommodating staff who enabled us to check in via email as we were arriving very late.

There are currently doing a lot of road changes and road works around the hotel so it was difficult to find the hotel. This is only a temporary problem though. One of the rooms, on the fifth floor, smelt of smoke. The other one, on the third floor, smelt fine.

Very disappointing - beware urban development

One of the receptionists was very helpful. The room was fine.

We wasted at least 1.5h of our time on arrival trying to get to the hotel during the extensive road and shopping centre remodelling and busy urban one way system. Satnav cannot locate it. The people at the hotel were useless once we managed to call them. In the end I had to park in a dangerous location, leave my wife in the car, hail a local garage worker and walk to reception on foot. Even then it was not easy to find the turn and gain access to car parking. The hotel was pretty well filled with a large student group and that too affected our stay. We were so delayed and so stressed that the planned journey into Paris never happened. We got away from the place and the bad memory as soon as possible

No internet for 4 night of stay, despite of repeated requests. we were given a room with heavy smoke smell and odour and were denied change of room despite of a fact that many rooms around us were totally empty for the duration of our stay. it feels like as if they are doing a favour on you after charging so much money.

how the personal of the hotel treat their client. Our fly was canceled because of the strike in Paris, we changed the arrival date from the 9th to the 12th of march, we did not ask for a refund but we asked if could stay longer on the 13th because our flight was late. The hotel wants to charge us the few hours we wanted to stay . very bad treatment no comercial gesture to build customer loyalty.

Very good

Good price for value. Apartment was quite big with two rooms. Also we had an access to sauna and pool every day. Close to tram stop and then we could get to metro. Big Auchan market almost next to the hotel. Fantastic :)

There is no 24 reception so when you come late especially after your flight was delayed you can have some problems with chewck-in as we did ;(

the room was good with some small issues but it was worthlessness i i will prefer for other people to visit this Hotel . Good location, good rooms .

i didn’t like the city taxes i have to pay which i didn’t know why, and also i didn’t like the fact that they take some money in advance , for property damage,if you damaged anything in the room, which how they going to know what you are damaging.
