The location was pretty good close to a tram stop. Quiet neighbourhood at night. The apartment was quite spacious. The host was also kind and helpful.

Apartment didn't look exactly the same as in pictures. The furniture were quite old and it the bed or the duvet smelled a bit bad.

my stay was amazing.

The property manager is so cooperative and helpful. He guided me best routes, places to visit and accessing exchange offices. The room is spacious, a friendly neighborhood and accessible to shops and restaurants

relatively far from the center, for those whose leisure activities are around the center of Paris. however, tram and metro are accessible. I was supposed to send an email so that the property manager can wait for me for early check in. my flight was overnight and arrived at property before 9:00, which I have to wait for hours until the manager reachable by phone. Please contact the manager ahead so that you can avoid being stranded at at property gate for hours.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, well-located, very good value for money

I was lucky to get an upgrade from a superior studio to an apartment which had a lounge as well as a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It was really quite big, spotlessly clean, nice touches like lamps not just overhead lighting, comfy sofa, bookshelves with books, shutters to keep out the light, kitchen seemed well equipped, wifi worked.. Excellent location for my work 5 mins walk away. Also the area has really improved over the last couple of years. Now a nice bakery/cafe on the corner, a good pizza/little Italian restaurant (couple of tables to eat in or take away), a pharmacy, mini supermarket etc. N

Lovely stay

We used the apartment as we had to come to Paris from the Limousin for an operation for our cat. There was no extra charge for the cat and the staff were fantastic and very helpful offering us a longer stay if our cat needed to be kept in. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Parking no issue and even though you are on a main toad the sound proofing is excellent. Thoroughly recommend this apartment building for your stay

Très simple. Mais suffisamment équipé pour 4 jours. Le patron est très sympa. Parking très pratique. Calme. Chambre propre, lit confortable, super couette. Serviettes grande et petite, propres et en bon état. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours et une super boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner, tout frais. Tram juste à côté. Merci.

Literie propre et confortable. Lit un peu dur mais acceptable. Salle de douche grande et spacieuse.

Pas grand chose... Lit confortable + salle de bain.

L’accueil et le comportement du personnel désagréable. Le gérant qui nous harcèle pour nous dégager de la chambre. Déjà à 10h00 un bruit infernale du personnel. On ne peut pas profiter de manière pérenne de la chambre. Et en 2 en terme d’insonorisation c’est 0. Le gérant qui nous harcèle jusqu'à la chambre est aimable comme une porte de prison.

La communication avec l’établissement. Avant, pendant et après mon séjour au top.

En tant que seule voyageur, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Le portail d’entrée est défaillant, n’importe qui peut y pénétrer. La chambre dispose d’un simple verrou comme dans une salle de bains ou wc. Il n’y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres (un simple panneau japonais), ma chambre donnait sur une insigne lumineuse clignotante toute la nuit.
