Overall, it's ok for the price/quality ratio. It's small, but the room has everything you need and it's clean

The staff were very helpful. Anytime we had a question, they seemed happy to help. I also witnessed several staff members' kindness to other customers. It is a budget hotel, so what you pay for is what you get. It was clean and comfortable enough for a few day's stay. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the tram T2 station Meudon la Foret.
There was often an unpleasant smell on the ground floor. Other than that, the budget hotel was fine.

The location was perfect. The area was not too busy and you could get there easily with public transport.
The people working here were extremely friendly and helped us a lot. We were big fans.
The room is really in need of an update. Broken toilet seat, the shower door was stuck all the time, art was peeling off, window closure was broken, several lights were broken.
We were in a twin room. The mirror in front the shower was awkward for just being there as friends.
The drink machine only took cash and we had to buy more expensive water from the hotel next door.
Also our towels were not replaced when we wanted to so we ended up with none. We had to ask for new ones
