I can’t recommend it at all

Oh no 😔 it was worse experience from the entire France. It was good on pictures and it was costing the same as another the same stars hotels. Unexpected. Sad.

My stay was exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were spotless, and the room exceeded my expectations spacious, comfortable, and up to a very good standard. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the towels were soft and high quality. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it convenient for getting around. I truly appreciated the overall atmosphere and level of service. As a suggestion, it would be great if the rooms included amenities such as slippers, a robe, and toothpaste in the bathroom, as these small touches would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and will gladly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff for making me feel so comfortable please continue the fantastic work. My stay was superb.

The only aspect I found lacking was the absence of certain in-room amenities, such as a robe, slippers, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. While this did not significantly affect my overall stay, I believe adding these items would provide an extra touch of comfort and enhance the overall guest experience.

Very good and comfortable stay when visiting Wersal

Easy, available anytime, free parking. Very large and functional room. TV and desk on wheels. Good breakfast. Quiet room. The staff was helpful. Fresh filtered water available at the reception hall. Very close to a big shopping mall, to tram and bus, and restaurants.

No kettle, only coffee maker, paper cups. The rotating plate in the microven was of wrong size and did not rotate. Only three hangers. All in all not big problems and resolved them all. I will repeat: the room was very well functionally organized.

Clean safe and comfortable place.

Safe secure clean building. Comfortable beds. Location a bit away (5-10min walk) from shops or coffee. Friendly staff. Location closer to Orly airport - 20mins. Hour to Charles de Gaulle airport. Versailles 16km away. Outdoor space surrounded by office complex and IKEA.

Nil. This was a layover and good clean space to spend 12 hours - overnight.

Comfortable mattress. A/C. Noise blocking double windows. Nice room layout. Great cleaning service. Free underground parking. Fridge. Large bathroom, shower and tub, toilet with wash sink in a separate room. Room dividing shear curtain if needed.

Would have preferred a smart tv vs cable.

Reception evening staff so stiff not cooperative rough, morning staff they speak French only my safety box not working 3 days i informed them with out response,telephone room not work shortage of soap in the basth ,there insects inside the room ,hotel so far,no place for setting in the reception

Everything was fine.

• My daughter had a cold and her nose would get stuffy at night from the cold room and she couldn't sleep well. The hotel staff brought us a heater. My daughter slept well the rest of the night and felt better. We had traveled for a competition and this helped my daughter a lot. • It was noiseless. • Close to the shopping Centre, U supermarket and public transport

• I think it would have been better if the sheets had been changed during the 5 days we were there.

I am kindly welcome at my arrival. The room is great, clean, and all lights are on. The bed is confortable. It has a shower and a bath. It has free coffee and tea in the room.

It is quiet, but not completely isolated from the highway noise just under the window.

The room was big

It is a very old hotel ,everything was consumed, and every time I went out ,I found my room looked because I didn't pay the City tax in advance, bad behaviour of the staff, bad experience and will never be there again.

Large, luxurious rooms with everything you need. Good location with safe parkingspaces, indoor or behind a gate. Easy public transportation to the center of Paris, or by Uber/Bolt a trip to the Eifel tower by example is only around € 23,-

Great stay in Paris

We booked here for comfort and that’s what we got. The room were big and beds we’re comfortable.

The hotel is far out from the city . The train stations and the walking distance to connect makes it a little impossible to access public transport. Breakfast was a typical French selection - same everyday.

Good cofortable stay, but breakfast could be better.

Room, free parking, excellent wifi, friendly staff (spoke English). Value for money. I will recommend the hotel to anyone. Very close to public commute, which is a real plus and also nice quiet neighbourhood, felt safe and secure.

The breakfast could have been better , especially the first day the food ran out at around 9:15-9:30 AM when the window is till 10. Also something strange happened - on the last day, one of the bags was missing (it contained some food articles, but nothing valuable). So seems like a mistake from the house keeping, but was strange.

Rundown. Mould on ceiling of room. Kids pullout beds held together with tape. Unstable tv stand. Heating issues. Wasn’t great, we left early. Hotel did refund us the nights we didn’t stay after our first night.
