Definitely don’t wanna back to this hole.

Location good

All three days we not get normal breakfast, every time not enough food. After room service we need to open window to get fresh air because so terribal stinks sweat.

Perfect location

Room was small but clean and cosy. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Really close to the nearby tram stop, and there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. Great little hotel.

Adequate because of location but run down

Breakfast was basic but tasty. Location was ideal for our trip and budget which is why we booked this hotel

No health and safety information. My son's room was good but in my room the door to the showerroom did not close or lock, and the toilet roll holder was positioned in a place that was too hard for me to reach. The hair dryer did not work. I initially had problems with the lighting as no idea I had to use my entry card to operate the lighting, again no instructions for this. The telephone in my room did not work, my son had a better TV than I did, the lamp shade over my bed was broken.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff so kind and helpful.

The girl who received us was so gentle and kind. She helped a lot. Our room was ready before check-in time and we didn't have to wait, so lucky.

Everything: The receptionist were extremely harsh and rude to us. There was absolutely no food left for the breakfast (we were at the restaurant at 9am) and when we asked the receptionist they told they have nothing to do and that they are reporting customers complains to their management everyday who basically just ignore and don't do anything about it!! This is the first time in my life that i see no food at hotel's breakfast!!! The room was tiny we booked a room for 3 and had a tiny one for 2 persons. Basically skip it absolutely if you don't want to screwup your holidays in Paris.

absolutely nothing. vile facilities, dirty corridors, dirty rooms, dirty entrance.

probably the most unhygienic place I have ever been. mold covered bedrooms, zero facilities available, rude staff, located next to homeless central

Complimentary Coffe. Very friendly, help staff. Energetic and try to satisfy guests wishes to the best of they're abilities. Comfortable bed. Clean and nice bathroom, I like the lighting of bathroom. Windows with nice location.

The room was good enough and the area was pleasantly quiet. I got charged twice and told the people at reception when I checked out and they told me to send an e-mail. It would have been nice if they could have resolved it then.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel de Chatenay Malabry

La chambre est très agréable: agencement, décoration soignée et harmonieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est varié et j'ai pu avoir du pain de mie sans gluten que j'avais demandé la veille. Le personnel a l'accueil a été très avenant et à l'écoute.

Seul bémol, il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans le salle de bain qui était très froide. J'ai dû faire couler l'eau chaude pendant un moment afin de tempérer quelque peu la salle de bain; (chambre 2023). J'ai signalé ce problème en quittant l'hôtel afin que cela puisse être réparé pour les clients suivants.
