The staff on the reception desk are kind .Cleaning lady also.Position is good.Metro station 10 min walking

The hotel is old,the beds are not so comfortable.we changed three rooms.For family which normally in other novotels we get a biger familly room here we got really small cold room,so we must to booked another one room in the same hotel.The breakfast is poor and every day totally same.Problem with heating first two days.For same price could be in the better hotel near to center

Property needs a major upgrade in all aspects

Only choose this hotel due to it being close to my family home. The hotel need a major upgrade as the room looks a bit old

Great location, easy parking facilities, lovely breakfast in the morning, very clean and well put together. Staff all very obliging and happy to help.

Taxi orders by the hotel was crazily expensive for a short trip. Make sure you check this in advance. We were charged £42 for a 1.7 mile trip to Parc de Princes by the recommended company for a family of 5. Just something to be aware of if relying on concierge service.

No warm water, when we checked in they didn’t even warn us, only after the cold shower. Restaurant is closed on weekends. Staff was sometimes trying to be nice

Nice hotel, clean , big( for Paris) rooms , everything is high quality ( lean, bed, small stuffs like shampoo)fantastic breakfast, ok transport, if you ready to travel (about 40-50 min to the center) . There s metro line9 + 10min walk. Safe area, not scary to go home late at night . Much worth its money.

Nice large well appointed comfortable room. Area was handy for the metro and the RER and near nice art facility on the Seine, with bars and restaurants.

Did not have breakfast as was ridiculously expensive. Work underway outside with noisy scaffolders from early in the morning.

after a horrific experience in a previous hotel this was an oasis we will definitely be back

the beds were amazing! The small fridge was so handy as my husband was unwell so we could buy food drinks etc and leave with him

We were going to a concert at La Seine Musicale - the location of the hotel is perfect! Loads of local restaurants and easy walk to venue

While the hotel was in a district not near the main centre of Paris, it was close to the main transport networks, including a tram stop and suburban train station. The room was compact, but was clean and had what we needed for one night's stop-over. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good cold and hot options. I would recommend to anyone who is travelling on a budget, and likes to prepare for a busy day of exploring with a good breakfast.

Exceptional

The location was the ideal, as we were going to a concert at Le Sienne Musicale Aréna... Which was a ten minute walk away... The Charles De Gaulle Étoile métro was a ten minute walk from the hotel. Changed onto Line 10 after two stops and 25 minutes later arrived at the Gare Austerlitz train station....
