Немного странное расположение туалета, вход с двух дверей из обеих спален. Когда много людей в апартаментах, приходиться помнить о том, чтобы закрывать обе двери в туалет)) Но это мелкое неудобство. Все остальное в апартаментах отлично!

Die Wohnung war absolut in Ordnung für uns. Wir haben sie ausschließlich zum Schlafen genutzt. Dafür war sie perfekt geeignet. Bäckereien, Supermärkte sind unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bahnhaltstelle ist sehr nah. Allerdings waren wir unterwegs mit eigenem Auto und mit Uber unterwegs. Die Unterkunft hat eigenen Parkplatz, das hat uns die Sorgen genommen, sicheren Parkplatz zu finden.

The accommodation was spacious, very beautiful, and modernly furnished. Apart from the freezer compartment in the refrigerator, the apartment has everything you need for a longer stay (we stayed here for eight days). The owner is friendly and very willing to help. The apartment is located on the third floor, and access is via a rather narrow staircase; unfortunately, there is no elevator. In front of the building, there is a small parking area for around three vehicles, while more parking spaces are available along the street, although they are usually occupied. We personally did not have any problems with parking, as we used public transport and electric scooters to explore Paris. There are also several larger shops very close by (Lidl, Supermarché, etc.). The apartment is located in the attic, and since we were in Paris during the most severe heatwave, when temperatures even reached 40°C, it was quite hot inside. For such situations, there is a portable air-conditioning unit available, which made it somewhat more comfortable. However, it is not a proper air-conditioning system like the ones we are used to, permanently installed on walls; it is only intended to help relieve the heat, which can be particularly intense in France during the summer. Therefore, anyone who does not tolerate extreme summer heat well (such as elderly people, people with health problems, etc.) should consider that this accommodation may not be suitable for them. Public transport stops are located very close by. An excellent location if you are coming to Paris by car.

The apartment was very good, even excellent. The only issue was that at night, if you keep the windows open, there is loud traffic noise outside. With the windows closed, this problem does not exist.
