Excellent boutique hôtel

It was my second time at Villa Augeval. No regrets in my choice; this boutique hotel is very comfortable, well-managed, has a very good breakfast buffet and a very courteous and friendly staff. Will go back.

Not worth the price. False advertising of spa facilities.

Very nice place and building

False advertising. We booked this place because we were expecting that a steam room or sauna facilities will be included within the price. Not only were the facilities not included they were unavailable to book for an additional price due to being fully booked. We also had a small dog with us and no dog bowl was provided. Additionally, we feel that the staff were not very accommodating and breakfast was whopping 22€ a person. Something we thought was includedя

We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

The hotel was charming, quite small, but lovely staff and the perfect location, just a 10-minute walk to the enormous beach.

The surrounding area of the property is nice. The room are clean and comfortable .

I do not like the shower situation in the bathroom. They have a bathtub and with the adjustable shower head . However, if you take a shower standing up , you will splash water everywhere and wet the bathroom floor and so forth. You need to sit or aqua pot whatever. It is definitely not comfortable. There should at least hand shower curtain to prevent that from getting every thing all wet! Also, in the middle of the of the night, the air vent duct bracket fell from the wall . It is a good thing we did not get hurt. My sister reported to the front desk and perhaps is the language barrier, they smile and says sorry And did not investigate further. ?? Do not think I will stay there again.

Very nice and helpful staff. The heated pool.

Ashtrays on the balcony. The smoke of the guest beneath us. There was no standing shower although nice bath 😀

Our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and the shower head had to be held by hand. The lighting in the whole room was terrible for putting make up on!

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend.

The scent of the flowers as you walk up to the entrance, the comfortable bed, the well equipped bathroom, the view, the breakfast, the pool, the close and free parking.

The only critique would be that the walls are pretty thin, so noises could be heard easily. Also if you are a light sleeper there is no way of making the room completely dark.

With the exception of being located slightly off the beaten path, this hotel provides a good value.

The hotel provided us with a staff that greeted us with open arms, had all the essentials for a pleasant stay including an elevator. While the hotel did not have its own private parking, there were plenty of public parking options close by.

Breakfast offered was adequate but have been at hotels offering a better variety for the same or better price.

A lovely hotel in a very smart sea-side resort

This is an older hotel which has been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are lovely. Deauville itself is a lovely beach-side town for spending some time in.

Wonderful stay in this superb hotel in a good location, close to town centre

Room was excellent and modernised to a very high standard. Staff were superb in all aspects of our stay. Spa is a superb option with very professional staff. Facilities on offer are excellent for a small boutique hotel.

Everything is amazing, the room, the location, the breakfast but the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff who is always trying to make your stay at the hotel perfect.
