Good hotel at Deauville Plage

Location, location, location. The hotel is near the beach and the CID. All within walking distance Rooms are small but cosy but perfect for its purpose. Was only there for a few nights but stayed their before and went back, which is on itself already a good reference. Breakfast is on top floor with nice view of the beach. I love French baguette and fresh squeezed orange juice Besides a regular bar, the hotel now also has a sushi bar

Some staff is great and some is less into hospitality. Nothing to really complain about Better reserve parking in a busy period and make sure you know how to park your car in tiny spaces.

Nice hotel with great location, but not a 4-star hotel.

We stayed on November. Simple and modern hotel with excellent location in front of the beach and near the shopping area. Friendly staff. Great sushi options at the bar if you don't want to book a table at the restaurant. Beautiful view from the restaurant on the 5th floor and good food for dinner. Breakfast and dinner are served in the same restaurant. November is low season, so there were few guests at the hotel, and tables were always available for both breakfast and dinner. We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the garden on the side of the building, quieter than the rooms facing the street. Parking in the same facility is convenient.

The classic room doesn't have a coffee maker (despite being advertised in the description), only an electric kettle with instant coffee and cardboard cups (seriously? it's not that much of an investment to offer ceramic mugs or glass cups!), a disappointment, not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The bathroom doesn't have enough hooks to hang the four towels used by two guests. The shower has a half-glass door so water splashes outwards. Breakfast is very limited for a 4-star hotel, offering very little fruit and awful coffee from automatic machines whose milk tastes like powdered milk. Nothing beats a good coffee made by a barista on a professional machine. Thankfully, at least there's a freshly-squeezed orange juice machine. Sometimes the gate to the parking garage doesn't open automatically.

The staff we dealt with were really pleasant and helpful The room was spacious ...carpets and curtains could use a clean. The area in front of the hotel could be nice, but lacks care...dying plants, cigarette butts on the floor in the outside bar area. Glasses lingering on tables, the barman nowhere to be found....for me a question of poor management. Could be better.

Perfect modern hotel to stay, nice building. Very clean, everything is new. Location is super, across the road from the beach. Super view from the restaurant, exellent breakfast. My daughter liked playing area. I would like to come back.
