The hotel is near the beach and the estuary. There is plenty of cheap parking nearby. Our only criticism is that there is no air-conditioning. Apart from that we would recommend the hotel. The town is well worth visiting.

Very pricey for the quality, very good location and easy car park access but the pool area need a refresh, waited 2 hours for an iron I never got… mattress very hard.

Although near the beach, the hotel is not on the beach, as it appears in the photos. Rooms are renovated but very simple, smelly toilet area and shower-head that sprayed on the ceiling. Not a bad stay, but definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at best. Not worth the price, unfortunately.

Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!!

I was able to have my tiny Chihuahua with me in my room, as I did the 2 previous times I stayed there. However, I was very disappointed to be charged €15 per night for her when it was only €10 before, and the site I reserved from and the sign posted in the room still stated the pet fee was €10 per night.

Great location but the rest was very ordinary. The parking garage is like a dungeon, to be avoided. Rooms very minimally furnished, towels etc poor quality.

I am not one to ever leave a bad review. However, this hotel should be rated a 2-star hotel not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is not very clean and the mattresses are very hard. My family and I thought we were sleeping on the box spring and checked to see but it was in fact the mattress. During a pandemic, all hotels are not allowed to have house keeping come into the room during the time of the stay. There were no “do not disturb” available to us either for this reason. When we left the rook and came back, our room was tended to. Clothing we had perfectly laid out on the bed for easy organizing for our evening was moved off the bed and put on the floor in a ball as if they were being discarded for laundry, in fact it was all items we had laid out on the bed, and the bed was remade made. This made us very uncomfortable as to who may have been in the room given the uncertainty of cleanliness because of COVID. The walls are very thin and you hear everything at all hours of the night. If you want to have a restful a d comfortable stay I would not recommend this hotel. We were all exhausted and in pain because of the lack of sleep and comfort because of the beds. The staff however During checkin, was very nice!

We have booked a room with a port view but all you see from the room is a parking lot with a small canal, the rooms that had the port view were on the left side of our rooms and when we asked the receptionist she said that this was the port view. Rooms are very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok, I wouldn’t pay $15 for it. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location is excellent!

The lady who did our check in was excellent, she was friendly and efficient. She was helpful and gave us tickets for the casino next door - free champagne offer if you spend 10 euros - we came out 40 euros up and enjoyed the experience.

The front desk person was rude. I gave him 50 Euros for taxes and he gave me 45 back in coins and was very upset at me. Then he gave me the worse room possible. The room was dirty and had huge cobwebs. The bathtub and sink contained long black hairs. They refused to clean the room or give me another room. The hotel was empty so he could’ve given me a clean room. I don’t know the language so I was very vulnerable. The next morning I showed the front desk ladies photos of the cobwebs and trash outside the room window. They seemed not to care. In the morning at 8:30, they started repairing the elevator which woke me up from a sudden sleep. Overall it was one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at.
