Lovely building and location

Stylish hotel in a good location easy to walk along the promenade to all the Trouville restaurants.
Double room was a bit on the small side but for one night it was fine. Maybe not if you are staying longer.

We were travelling as a motorcycle group on route . Hotel was superb in its location and traditional French hotel. Staff were superb and Trouville was as I remembered it from 10 years ago
The only downside was we had to park the bikes in the Casino car park but that was very secure and only a two minute walk from the hotel
Nothing excellent

Very central for the town and the beach. Lovely old building. Our first room was on the street and was noisy at night but we were changed to an upstairs room without any problem. Pretty room and very comfortable.
No tea and coffe making facilities.

- Comfortable, clean, fully renovated room. Beautiful colors and design.
- Helpful, friendly personnel.
- Comfortable bed.
- Shutters (they were also electric!)
- Excellent location to visit downtown Trouville, the beach, and quickly walk to Deauville or the train station.
- Small room but every space used perfectly!
- Good options for breakfast (appreciated that things were locally sourced).
- We weren't ready for a room on the third floor without elevator.
- May be specific to the third floor, facing the patio, but some nights there was too much noise from the birds handing out on the roofs across.
- Be aware that there's no water boiler or coffee machine in the room.
Apart from these minor points, everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay in Trouville and really appreciated the charm of this place. The room was tastefully decorated, cosy, and remarkably quiet – perfect for a relaxing break. The location couldn’t have been better: right in the city centre, just a short walk to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The stairs were quite narrow and steep, and with no lift in the secondary building, it was a bit of a hassle carrying our luggage up. Also, the room was on the smaller side – fine for a couple of nights, but might feel a bit cramped for a longer stay.

Good coffee , decent breakfast.
The hallway and stairways show their age. This is the only place the hotel feels old.

Location near beach and city center
Room was small, shower needs an update. Coffeemaker in the room would be a plus. Also maybe a small fridge and glasses.

The whole day of spoiled because of receptionists. Especially the old arrogant woman. I’ve never seen this kind of service
Pictures are lying, rooms are tiny, very noisy, bathrooms are old and smelly. Whole hotel smells

Great location and friendly staff.
Room was a little small. We were unable to book a larger room which gives us the space we prefer.

The breakfast and the staff and the beautiful cocker spaniel 😃.
The room I was given was smaller than expected.

the staff were lovely and the location great. The walls are way too thin so you can't sleep until everyone else in other rooms has. You hear phones vibrating and ringing and can hear conversations through the walls.
walls were too thin and no staff in the 2nd part of the hotel.

localisation in the town - very good,
professional welcome
Our room has not got AC, therefore we needed to open window for the night (this was a hot summer day&night). As our room was on a grond floor, there were noise from the street during half of the night. Moreover, we had no comfort in the room just due to the window going to the street on a level of car, with pedestrians looking at us (window had to be opened and curtain too, due to the required fresh air).
Bathroom was outdated, looked to be far used. Ligtht in badroom was flashing in the rythm of techno.
