magical, relaxing stay.

it was an amazing stay. we loved everything : hotel, his decorations, his location, the room ( the view was amazing - we were on the 5th floor and we could see all the port); the swimming pool and spa area ( the sensorial showers - were the killer); and the breakfast was delicious.

there is nothing I can think of, it was perfect.

Very nice hotel, great location. The staff were amazing. Asked for special decoration for a birthday and everything was perfect and they were super helpful. Great service everywhere. Very good breakfast.

The pool part is only one pool that can get crowded a little bit. The room is a little small

Outstanding spa- but restaurant could improve

The pool and spa area; the seafront location; friendly cleaners and spotless cleaning; dogfriendly, proximity to good restaurants

Dinner was disappointing. Numerous misunderstandings (despite us speaking French) led to an hour’s wait for starter whereas wine was served immediately so it was warm when starter arrived. Chewy ravioli with what I suspect was tinned crab, and oversalted sauce. But excellent mocktail and tasty asparagus.

Could have been a perfect two day stay if the facilities that were offered would have been available.

Beautifully renovated luxury hotel in Trouville-sur-Mer beachfront with easy access to Deauville by foot. A modern take on luxury in an exceptional building. Very attentive staff, however we only used the room.

it’s a 5 star Thalassa Spa, which is unfortunately closed! We went just after a weekend, arriving on a Sunday until Tuesday, and had searched for a Spa hotel as the weather was not yet very nice. booking.com did not filter the lack of the Spa out and rooms are at the same prices than fully functional 5 star Spa hotels. However staff tried to upgrade us to a better standing room, which was very nicely furnished and had a Terrasse, but was very ‚ compact‘ for a ‚5 star‘. At the end of our stay we were credited the cost of the parking ( €26 per day) even though there is really no alternative, when arriving with a car))

No spa services available, the hotel info in the booking.com was a scam

The hotel, which is a spa, did not inform me when making the reservation and paying the stay that there were no spa services at all available due to a fire a year earlier. I only received a mail after paying my stay stating in French that there will be no spa or gym etc. services. I subsequently tried to call the hotel and hit repeatedly an answering machine speaking in a muddled and incomprehensible English saying I should call later again. I consider this as a scam and I was very sorry to be fooled this way.

Wonderfull Trouville, but hotel disappointed!

The location is perfect, but that is about it. They advertise as if they have a swimming pool! No, they don't! The swimming pool is public, there are no pool lounge chairs, and it is not representing a 5-star hotel. You ask for a premium price but offer low service...

The hotel is overpriced and not worth the money! The hotel charges 500£ for the room per night, and you need to pay an extra £30 per person (4x30£=120£ for breakfast, 30£ per night for vehicle parking, and £30 per night for the pet all in £680 per night! You charge the premium, but in return, you receive nothing. This is a joke! For that kind of money, you stay in Four Seasons Hotel and receive the best service possible. The hotel was empty almost no customers, and I believe this is to do with the pricing. The prices in the lounge bar are ridiculous also. I don't mind paying the money, and it has to be a value for money! This hotel is not worth that kind of money!

This isn’t a five star hotel. A five star hotel doesn’t have worn out dusty rooms that have fresh leakage traces on the ceiling. A five star hotel doesn’t have some deep humming noise in a room that irritates its occupants. A five star hotel has furniture positioning thought out and makes it easy to move around the room. A five star hotel has breakfast selection that caters to the needs of many: products for vegan and vegetarian and also for people who care about their health. And to top it off this ancient dumb system of booking 800 EUR on your credit card that remains booked forever. You know this isn’t really necessary in year 2022.
