The hotel was just right for our visit to Trouville.

Charming hotel, beautifully refurbished. The location right on the beach is great, and so easy for accessing restaurants etc. Lovely staff. Good breakfast.

The hotel does not have a separate space for breakfast, which can be taken in your room, or in the bar, which is a little bit small.

Marvelous!!! Beachfront Hotel

Incredible experience. The hotel has been renovated so tastefully with modern amenities, somehow you still feel the quaintness of Trouville. I booked a room with a view right on the ocean, with a small balcony. Location couldn't have been better, walk within minutes anywhere in town and to tons of restaurants and the fish market where you can actually sit and have a meal till 7 PM. Loved it. It'll be my go to hotel when I go back to Trouville.

The staff weren’t very welcoming, and the room wasn’t clean, which made the stay disappointing overall. The only thing I liked was the sea view ,it was beautiful,and the design of the room, which was cute.

Our entire stay was very nice and we would visit again.

The location is great, right on the beach boardwalk, but very quiet as it's a short walk away from the main street. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have a small bar which is very nice. The front door is on a side street and the beach boardwalk is 30 steps to the right. The hotel has an elevator, but we walked up and down as the walls are decorated with interesting posters which made the walk up/down interesting. We had a small balcony with a very nice view, the room is adequate and the bathroom is larger than some and more than adequate. We rented bikes as the area has many easily rideable bike paths, however, if you're uneasy on a non-powered bike, an electric bike may be suitable as there are some areas where you would be in traffic. The best bakery that I've ever been to is Helle Bruno, located in the traffic circle on the Trouville side.

We opted not to visit Bayeux, Caen, Honfluer...as the train/bus rides are surprisingly long. We knew this in advance, but thought that there may be other options.

This hotel is a gem. The decor is fresh and reminiscent of the past. It conjures up images of a perfect seaside retreat.

Love the location, right on the beach and boardwalk and close to restaurants and laundry. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and a restaurant list as well as a city guide with helpful recommendations for visiting the city. We had a nice view of the ocean and boardwalk from our air-conditioned room. The decor of our room and of the entire hotel was unique and very inviting. We liked having a toilet room separate from the sink and shower. All was clean and very well maintained. It was great to have a coffee maker in the room and we appreciated the complimentary water each day.

The closet is a bit small and there were very few drawers in our room; however I was able to organize our things very well, thanks to extra counter space in the bathroom.

Extremely pleasant

Having breakfast in the room turned out to be a pleasant experience. Staff were very helpful and freindly. Location was ideal. Parking the car not easy but ended up having a free place right outside the door and did not move the car again until departure. That was pure luck.

A little noisy at times, but nothing to be done about that. A breakfast room would be nice, but not sure enough place for that.

Loved the decor of the hotel - very tasteful & in keeping with the the coastal location. So impressed as to how clean our room was (including under the bed!). Really appreciated the Clarins toiletries. Excellent reception staff.

Didn’t enjoy taking breakfast in our room. Breakfast was fresh but very basic. Poor value for money. The parking charges in the town are very expensive & parking at the hotel extremely limited. We managed to park our car in a road that was free of parking charges but ladened with luggage made walking to the hotel a bit of a trial.

Exceptional

We wanted to thank Renaud and his full team for looking after us as their own. Even though language was an issue some times but they always found a way and smiled thru everything. To be honest we would be lost without them in Deauville/Trouville as this was our first time. We also arrived on Bastille Day a classic mistake.. They helped us with everything from the taxis to the what to order on the menu to getting us a last minute table at Cafe Mer Paulette. Our only suggestion would be to offer a better breakfast although very typical of the region. It is a bit pricey for 18 Euros as one can get a good coffee and croissant from the many coffee shops and eat by the sea. The room is another chapter, FANTASTIC.!! We wish them all the very best and thank them for our good memories, Warm Regards, Suparna and Sameer

Luxurious cozy stay by the seaside and Trouville city centre!

Stunning hotel, beautifully decorated room with very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The staff were friendly and very well organised. The hotel was just off the beach as well so well located to the beachfront and also the charming Trouville city centre!

We fell in love with Trouville and Le Flaubert.

The Flaubert is very well located on a very nice beach and close to cute shops and restaurant. Everything is walking distance. The decor is fresh and beautiful, perfect for a beachside hotel. It instantly felt like home.

Parking is tight but the nearby casino has plenty of room.

Very brief overnight stay in a beachfront hotel and a terrific taster to this exquisite coastline.

were upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the beach. We arrived after a long drive and staff very helpfully sorted out our parking arrangements. Also we were given advice on local restaurants and we went to the excellent La Noirot
