Very good

We were worried about the cleanliness of our room due to the reviews that we had seen online. But the residence turned out to be clean and the bathroom was big and comfortable. The residence is just next to the beach, super location!

It would be better to have a double bed instead of 2 bunk beds.

We loved our stay in duplex apartament. It’s very quiet and calme with beautiful view and very confortable beds. The kit hen and bathrooms are well equipped and it’s a pure pleasure to take a confortable bath. We will definetly come back! The stuff is Very professional and super nice it was a big pleasure and I would give a note 10/10 for our stay. Thank you so much!

Agréable du fait de leur bon emplacement on s'est occupé toute la journée et super petit déjeuner !

L'emplacement, service baggagerie et le petit-déjeuner

La propreté de l'appartement était passable, il y avait une forte odeur d'eau de javel, le check in est a 17h c'est beaucoup trop tard surtout pour un court séjour ( 1 nuit) et le check out est a 10h. Ils n'ont pas tenu compte du fait qu'on avait prevenu qu'on arriverait tres tot (9h30 à l hotel), c'est commercial de leur part de dire qu'ils appelleront au cas ou le check in se ferait plus tot mais cela n est jamais arrivé malgré 2 demandes, une vers 12h45 et 15h30 et ils le disent a tout le monde donc on comprend que ca n'arrivera pas, c'est juste pour donner de l'espoir. Ils donnent priorité au clients de l hotel car le check in est a 16h ( ce que je trouve toujours trop tard) par contre leur check out est à 11h (ce qui est raisonable)

Déçue - logement mal entretenu

Micro ondes sale, prix différent à l'arrivée que celui annoncé par Booking (accueil ne savait pas expliquer le pourquoi), porte serviette réparé à la va-vite => ne tenait pas, Porte savon cassé et vide. Nous avons été très déçu et quand nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil de l'hôtel la seule réponse a été : Désolés pour ces désagréments, nous allons remonter l'information ! Et j'oubliais, la moitié des lampes étaient dépourvues d'ampoules !

Isolation zéro. Le samedi soir le restaurant à 100m nous a fait profiter du karaoké jusque 2h du matin!!! On entend aussi bien la conversation des gens qui passent dans la rue que la télé du voisin… En plus établissement entend travaux, pas franchement agréable…

- Emplacement : à 100 mètres du casino, face au port et tres proche du centre-ville - Très belle vue sur le port - Très bon accueil - accès à une piscine intérieure chauffée

- Balcon et terrasse très sale ! - Toilettes entartrées - Beaucoup de poussière (sol, lampes) - Équipements abîmés (comme la porte de réfrigérateur qui s'ouvre difficilement et abîmée) - Piscine vétuste - Pas de pastille lave-vaisselle ni de couteau à huître Les points positifs et négatifs ont été transmis à l'oral à l'accueil lors de la remise des clés.

Très compliqué de trouver la résidence qui appartient au Beach Hôtel. Rien n'est indiqué, et c'est très dommage d'autant plus quand j'apprends à la réception que l'on a un accès à la piscine !
