Shortage of staff. Search for bar person if you want an overpriced drink. Do not expect a smile.

Big room. Basic amenities. No mini bar. No fridge. No English speaking TV channel. No iron.

Staff were excellent lots of advice and sorted out a couple of problems

No restaurant , no one ever in the bar , too many children in the Spa area Charge of 15 euros per day to park in the grounds

A conveniently located place to stay when in Trouville.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Trouville's main Street opposite the waterfront. Having a car park was very helpful.

The swimming pool didn't open until 9AM, so we couldn't have an early swim before breakfast.

satisfactory but disappointing. the Best Wedtern in Honfleur was much better

rather old fashioned and our room had a high balcony so you could not sit on the balcony and see the view

We always have a comfortable stay come rain or shine.

We enjoyed walking in the total area and we know it well. Your hotel has always been a favourite and comfortable place to stay at. It is surrounded by good eating places. We shall be coming again in June.

More lights in the room as is difficult to read when we get older.

extremely poor quality and too much expensive breakfast even worst than in a third world country ! Just unbelievable terribly bad ! Not enough place for parking, therefore struggling every day to find parking plaace, very poor volume of lights so impossible to read snything at night, very loud doors slamming all night long, obvious big mistakes on the final invoice, old safe not working, etc ...

The jacuzzi didn't work, we knoew it before so it was OK, but unfortunately when we arrived the sauna also had a problem, so we could not use it, it's a pity....

hotel is situated a bit on the edge of town, but it's also a good reason to force you to stretch your legs for 10 mins!
