Good location

Great location for shopping in Deauville and easy walk to Trouville also. Friendly and helpful staff. Good carpark.

No drink making facilities in the room, for coffee etc. The car parking entrance would be improved with a key code, or fob, rather than having to speak to staff via push button call.

Nice comfortable stay, very ibis style. Breakfast options are not so great thought.

Breakfast options were limited. They tick the boxes of the usual menu, but they are just not great. Definitely would not take breakfast option next time.

Great location, will happily stay again.

A good sized room (Premium room with balcony, 1 double bed and 1 single sofa) with lovely view over the marina, on the 3rd floor so very pleased there was a lift! Good choice for breakfast and available until 10.30am. Great that our dog was welcomed to stay with us, including into the restaurant for breakfast. Secure parking gave peace of mind, although €15 per night. Fabulous location for both Deauville town and beach also walking distance from Trouville. Would happily stay there again.

No milk available in room, not even UHT. A box of tissues would have been good too. Used mugs and glasses not removed or replaced when the room was serviced.

It was an overall good stay and deauville /trouville is such a lovely place to relax and walk around

The room was nice overlooking the port of deauville . Huge TV screen . Nothing to complain about Breakfast was very good also

The staff . Not that I didn’t like , they were respectful but I had a small misunderstanding. At check in , she told me price was extra 45 euro . It was because i asked by message for a complementary 25th wedding anniversary and they I accepted their offer which I didn’t . So she told her colleague to remove the sweets and bottle of champagne from the room . It was not proper thing to do given she misunderstood . Anyway , it would have been a good gesture to keep them

Not bad at all, but could try harder.

The underground car park & access up to reception. The room was of a reasonable size with a small balcony which was good. The breakfast was very good and the location very central.

The receptionist could have been more helpful and more welcoming.

A great location to explore Deauville.

Great location, comfortable bed but the breakfast was pretty naff. Pastries were delicious but the cooked food was terrible.

Central location was good.

The plastic mattress protectors. They are the most unhygienic ever. They make you sweat and stick to the mattress, sweat like I never have before. I had to remove them on a daily basis to have a comfortable night’s sleep. I left a note to inform them of this. The food was pretty awful. I ate there on two evenings and only ate half of the meal.
