I had a reservation for five nights, but I was forced to check out after the fourth night due to multiple unacceptable issues. When I arrived, I was assigned an apartment facing the street. I explained to the front desk staff that I am a light sleeper and asked for a quieter room. I even offered to pay extra to move to the second building to avoid street noise, especially since the room had no air conditioning and I needed to open the windows. I was told the hotel was fully booked, so I accepted the situation respectfully. However, what I wasn’t informed about was that the bedroom window directly overlooked multiple public garbage bins. Every night, garbage collection trucks would come by, making extremely loud and disturbing noises that woke us up multiple times. One night, we were shocked by the noise of glass being crushed in the recycling truck — it was so loud and sudden, it felt terrifying while we were trying to sleep. A few hours later, more noise came from what seemed to be lawn maintenance machines. This continued almost every night. I attached a a video with noise when i sent the email to the hotel The next day, when I tried to use the dishes and cups in the apartment, I was shocked to find them dirty. I also opened the boiler and found it unclean and in poor condition. I decided to wash everything by hand before using it. Later, I placed the used items in the dishwasher, but to my surprise, they came out still dirty. It was clear that the dishwasher was not functioning properly. I informed the cleaning staff about this issue, and they said they would notify the maintenance engineer. Someone came to check, but nothing changed. Furthermore, the cleaning staff, before handing over the room, would place the dishes into the dishwasher and then directly back into the cupboard without checking or cleaning them properly. There was no follow-up from anyone after them, so it seemed like they didn't care about the quality of service.

Apartment was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped. Considering how hot the weather was the apartment was cool. Location of property was very good for both Deauville and Trouville.

We had a patio but it was very dark and although there was a garden attached which did see some sun we could not access it from apartment. Very annoying especially as the beds round the pool were always full. I thought the days of guests leaving their towels out all day had gone but not here. Also having thought we’d gone there before schools had finished there was a large amount of children there.

We did not have any shampoo or shower gel in the room - it is their policy. Also the staff is not super friendly. They refuse to check in you earlier than 4pm that I've never seen before in other hotels.

They only provide one toilet roll for the whole stay which is not fair. They are also asking that we empty our trash and the bin is super far

The location is perfect. Good access to Trouville. Went to Fish Market everyday where provided the best oyster.

The swimming pool opens very late at 9am, and closes early at 8pm. After a day of visiting D-Day museums it would have been nice to come back for a swim or at least had an early swim before heading off for the day. The fitness suite was very small with very little equipment, again only opened at 9am instead of earlier. The sauna, salt room were lovely but didn't realise until the 2nd last day of our holiday that no booking/ fee was necessary to use them & were located beyond the reception desk of the spa so difficult to find. The breakfast at €21 pp was expensive.

The indoor swimming pool offered a good solution for the rain. The rooms are modern and new. Location is fantastic.

Rooms are completely new but due to bad cleaning and dodgy silicone paste in the wet areas really dirty and will wear out quickly. Sanitary items hanging loose from the walls. Such a shame. Our toilet kept on giving brown water due to some type of congestion. Ventilation wasn't working well and opening a window immediately welcomed 5 dirty flies roaming around. If you are taking kids definitely book a room for 6 as the room for 4 only offers 1 bedroom. Such a shame, with better cleaning it would be a gem!

We are family of 4 and with a grandmother. There were only two pairs of slippers and two bath robes. When I went to the reception to ask for one more bath robe, the lady told me it would cost 9EUR for extra. I don't find her particularly helpful even rude for a staff working at 5-star facility like this. Because it was also her who bluntly replied NO when I asked if I could borrow an iron the next day. (No, there wasn't iron in the apartment even there was a tiny ironing board). Another receptionist, who was much kinder, told me there was usually iron in each apartment, but some got stolen. She would see if she could keep one for us after checkout time.) My family kept asking for an iron on Tuesday and Wednesday, finally we got one on Thursday. I am not happy with the attitude of that particular receptionist who was rude and didn't even try to provide any solution for us, otherwise the stay was agreeable.

No egg cups

outside our apartment is the construction, in the morning it was so loud, we woke up early because of the sound. The sofa bed was so hard and it was not so comfortable to sleep in.

The room was very big and spacious with a little kitchen, the spa and pool was really nice as well. Location is also great very close to the train station and to main sites. Has one bad experience with staff but the next night staff was really lovely.

The internet was very slow in my room and did not work on one side. There were also missing a few items I would expect at a 5* hotel like lotion and slippers. When I called and ask if we could have more sugar for the tea and coffee in the room I was very rudely spoken to by staff and told I could just go out and buy some. We also had a very bad smell in the bathroom one night, although staff fixed this the next morning.
