I love the location and how easy it was to check in the staff was really nice

The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to help. The location was perfect- right in the middle of both Deauville and Trouville.
While the kitchen was fully stocked, nothing was clean. We had to wash everything before we used it. You can tell the hotel is starting to get a little worn but overall everything was very clean except for the kitchen area.

The swimming pool.The place is lovely.
Scammers! I was charged city tax both by the residence and Booking.com.and they have also taken my money which was suppose to be held incase something was broken.I have since trying to contact the residence spoken to a receptionist,once they knew what I was ringing about they ignored my calls. I have send emails,no reply .
During breakfast I nearly had cockroach together with my dry fruits,digusting!.
