A True gem in Trouville!

The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and decorated in a simple, uncluttered modern way. Receptionist was so helpful. Made me feel at home.

A good place to start our holiday in France, with a lively market to wander round in the morning.

A good breakfast with delicious fresh bread and croissants. The hotel was right in the centre but we managed to park easily in an adjacent street.

Room was a little small for a family of four. With poor lighting for reading at bedtime.

big troubles

no parking, even though they did not inform us that parking lots (Indigo) in front of the hotel will be used as the market tomorrow morning during our stay, so our car was demobilized and towed by Police and we got in trouble with 134 Euro fine and wasting so many times to find it. also the breakfast quality was poor (just some juice and some small marmalades) and even we could not have it for our car towing problem, the hotel charged us.

1) no information on get in trouble to park in Indigo parking lots in front of the hotel. 2) poor breakfast quality and tastes

Everything and everybody. The hotel was lovely and clean, the beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely too. The hotel is very French and we thoroughly enjoyed it very much.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, literally 5 minutes from the train station and convenient for going to the Trouville beach as well as to the sights in Deauville. We had a great view from the window. The room was spacious and well-kept.

It would be great to have a kettle and reusable cups/glasses in the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations: very friendly and helpful staff, a nice location between Deauville and Trouville, comfortable rooms, and many restaurants, markets, and stores nearby. If you are even in Deauville/Trouville, I sincerely recommend you stay in this hotel!

The hotel and the room was very nice and comfortable. My room was a bit noisy in the morning -after 8.00 but in general I slept very well, my room was clean and the staff was great

Whilst free parking is available on the Quay, because it is free there were no spaces available until late at night Rather noisy outside on the Saturday night - seemed like a motorbike rally was taking place

very warm and cozy hotel

i loved the staff they are very nice and hospitable!:) there is an adorable cafe inside to eat breakfast and order coffee and also a gorgeous little terrace outdoors. the rooms are clean and warm!

there is no electric outlet in the bathroom for drying your hair which was odd:(, and for taller people the bed was super short and way too small for two to share. also a lot of stairs No elevators.

Wonderful and comforting

I enjoy my time at the hotel, the staff were lovely and kind honestly I couldn’t be happier with the location.

I wasn’t expecting to pay the 7euro fees at the end of our holiday, that was a bit unusual.
