Great potential

The place is nice. Bedroom is comfortable well furnished and with a nice decoration. It felt good inside. Breakfast was amazing.

It appeared to me that communication within the staff was not the best. We didn’t get the room we booked and it mattered caus we needed two beds. We were offered another room, that was clean, but the housekeeping staff had forgotten their mop and bucket in the bathroom. Next morning an housekeeping staff came inside the room while we were still sleeping. Apparently no one told her that the room was no longer vacant. The whole place is big and with huge potential, but it wasn’t so welcoming. We were happy to leave to be honest.

The hotel is not bad and is worth the money, but it doesn’t live up to a four-star rating.

A fairly good new hotel with very comfortable beds. The towels, bed linen, and the room itself were all very clean. Upon check-in, the young man at the reception kindly upgraded our room, giving us a larger one — a pleasant surprise. He was very friendly and polite. I can’t say anything about the breakfasts since we ate outside, but the coffee was good.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. It was surprising not to find a tea and coffee set in the room, especially in a four-star hotel. There were also no basic toiletries such as hair conditioner, cotton pads, a shower cap, sleepers or even a safe.

Although I specifically booked a room with bunk beds and a king size bed, a receptionist provided me with a different room. When I asked her to change it, she did it quite reluctantly saying this change was complimentary. There was no kettle in the kitchen, no mug cups in guests’ rooms. Need to bring your own if you want to drink cups of coffee or tea in your rooms.

What a nice surprise ! Beautifully decorated , comfortable spacious and spotless clean room. Hip shared places. Great location in the heart of Deauville. Friendly staff :-)

We gave 2 weeks notice of cancellation as one of our party fell ill. The no refund (zero) was unreasonable and yes, I know what it said when we booked it. It is still unreasonable.

Everything was great. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The common area downstairs was big and had many different games etc. Breakfast was good.

The staff was great, very attentive and willing to help. The place was very clean, the lobby extraordinary and well fit for work if needed or just a quiet spot for a phone call it to read a book. Location very close to rail station and buses, and to restaurants.

I stayed in a shared room which was great apart from the curtain which was very noisy. The staff said they know about is and are planning to change it. To note, it was a pricy! But the whole town is...
