Everything room was amazing pool view and large with a jacuzzi - would been nice to have larger fridge but older rooms have nicer fridge but ask for the newer rooms for sure - we had one of each and big difference as some of the other rooms are in need of a refurbishment

Just lady at reception she was so military and very cold - but the rest of the staff especially Pierre was amazing at hand to help with anything travelling with a 1 year old was tough but he did everything to make our stay special and memorable

the fridge of the room was not working which was a shame since i was there for only 2 nights and would have been useful to be able to put a few drinks and fruits there.

I liked how central it was to all the shops, this was my first time visiting Deauville and it seemed to be in a great location. The value for money was great also, I really enjoyed the pool.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable. I thought there could have been a few more amenities in the room for example a plate or some bowls and cutlery if you decided to have some food in the room. The fridge also didn’t work.

The view over the roof tops. Quiet street. Helpful staff. Lots of great restaurants closeby.

Swimming pool was still closed as was the sauna. No beauty salon on a Wednesday and a Thursday. Only two parking spaces under the hotel, at 20 euro per night.

Like the location, staff and facility. Get ur AC always on and we will be back.

Location and staff

Room is advertised and equipped with AC however NOT centrally turned and thus not usable. To warm in the room meaning requiring the windo to be open. Location is in the middle of the city with lot of noise during the night. No sleep .. Smaller issue, why cramping two arm chairs in a small room!? More is less in a smaller room.
