Clean, centrally located place in the most elegant town, so you don't need more at your hotel.

Clean, new rooms. Clean, spacious newly rennovated bathrooms. Not the most high end style, but the town is so picture perfect you don't want to be in your room anyhow.

For such a high end, elegant town, I wish the rooms were prettier, but the price was much lower than the other nearby prettier hotels.

A nice hotel

Villa Odette is close to the town center and to the sea. Has clean and comfortable rooms and the reception staff is very helpful. All in all, a great stay!!!

A very pleasant and perfectly located Hotel for staying in Deauville.

We liked the location close to the town centre. Car parking underground was good. We liked the breakfasts and the Spa.

We would have liked some milk sachets in the room to use for coffee, we asked at reception but they could not provide any.

poor quality and rude staff

good location

we arrived and the room weren’t ready on time. we had to wait an extra hour in the lobby, and on top of that the staff was being very rude to customers. when we got to the room, the 2 person bed was simply two 1 person mattresses put next to each other, which moved all night and ended up being so uncomfortable. a real bed would have been the minimum expected.

Il y a beucoup d'hotels a Deauville a ce prix. Notre prochain sejour se passera ailleurs.

La situation, la taille de la chambre, la vue jardin.

Le sejour etait un peu decevant. C'etait impossible de trouver l'etablissment - nous sommes arrive en voiture et il n'y avait aucun signe pour Villa Odette a l'adresse indique. Dans la chambre nous n'avons pas trouve des serviettes de bain (apparememment ils etaient rangees dans le tiroirs de la salle de bain assez discrets. D'apres le personnel nous n'etions pas les seuls a ne pas pouvoir les trouver.) En plus il y avait une toile d'araigne sur le plafond de la chambre "prestige".

Globalement satisfaisant, avec un bon emplacement, mais la suite est minimaliste (prestations limitées, vue sur les toits) et le service à l’accueil gagnerait à être plus chaleureux, surtout au regard du tarif.

Ho apprezzato la presenza del microonde e del frigo! Molto bello il bagno e ho apprezzato la presenza di prodotti della rituale (bagnoschiuma e shampoo). Ci si può arrivare a piedi dalla stazione in circa 10 minuti, stesso tempo o poco meno per arrivare alla spiaggia.

Appena arrivate la stanza era piena di zanzare e ragni (non ho fatto foto purtroppo). Avrei voluto aprire la finestra per far cambiare aria alla stanza ma entravano troppe zanzare, avrei preferito avere una zanzariera in modo da poter stare tranquilli! Pulizia nella media. Non mi ha dato l'aria di un hotel 4 stelle.

La Villa è molto bella. La posizione ottima e lo staff molto gentile.

La colazione piuttosto deludente e il bagno turco poco funzionante a tratti. Invito a rivedere la colazione e la spa.

le department gouvernante n‘est pas du tout au niveau ( manque de formation du staff. pas aspirateur, nettoyage partiel et trop tard 17.30 premier jour. Remplacement des couverts/café et eaux manquante régulièrement. domage

Parfait pour un weekend entre collègues !

La taille humaine de l'établissement et la gentillesse du personnel ! La taille des chambres, notamment la grande chambre qui donne sur le petit jardin. Le petit déjeuner qui était copieux et très bon et l'emplacement idéal pour se rendre dans le centre ou à la plage !
