Pros: location, superior room size. Cons: Price vs Quality. A/C and heater way too noisy. Check in is late at 4:00pm (and not before, even if you call the day before and ask if possible to check in earlier), check out is at 11:30am (and they make sure to let you know at check in that you must leave the room by 11h30). I think, depending on which day you check in and who is checking you in you will probably have a different experience at thisbhotel. It would need more consistency throughout the property and service standards according to what the end goal of the hotel is (luxury, 4stars, or rather I would say a good 3stars). At the end, we expected a luxury hotel, but it's not.

It was a decent property for a one night stay. Very close to the beach and walkable to all areas of town. Across from the iconic Hotel Normandy so it was nice to visit but not pay the high prices. No parking on site however free street parking 3 blocks up.

Customer service is non existent. Expedia tried to help with the wrong booking by contacting the hotel. But the hotel was so rigid and refused to help. Would never try again this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Hotel is in good location walking for restaurant and around. Anyhow town is not that big. Carine at front desk was soo helpful and nice went out of her way to help. The problem is there is cover for comforter but then there is no top sheet. We were not sure how often they were changing the comforter cover after each guest or since was a cover they were never change it. So same cover could touch everyone’s skin. We were not very comfortable with it. Hotel is 3 star room was very small.

The hotel and room were as described. It was a very hot day ( and no AC) which made the room hot and stuffy at night. As our room faced the road (and a bottle container-it felt like all the restaurants were throwing away bottles after closing)...sleeping was difficult but none of that is a fault aimed at the hotel. The central location was great for enjoying the town and the beach and the heated pool at the hotel was great. We enjoyed our stay.

I was reamed by the staff for bringing in some pizza I was told that it says clearly in the handbook that you can not bring in food they sell. Well it says it in small print on page 5. If that is so important , say it at check in. The manager on duty was rude. The air conditioner was horrible.

Small common spaces; helpful if not particularly warm staff; fun little pool; room bland and smallish; beds and linens nice. Three long blocks from beach, that was nice. But we would probably look for something with a little more character or warmth if we went again. Everything functional except in-room refrigerators, the staff said that the coolers in the room are for freshness, not to refrigerate things, they are unadjustable and kept at maybe 55 degrees or something, that made it less than optimal for our longish stay, where we wanted to be able to eat some meals in our room.

This hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and the heart of the shopping/eating district of Deauville. Skip the cramped underground parking and take advantage of free street parking 2 blocks west..

We highly recommend Hotel Le Trophée in Deauville. We arrived just after 6 pm the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a kettle to boil hot water and they provided us with one. The room was a good size and was clean. The bathroom and WC are separate which makes it convenient in the morning when getting ready. The hotel has on-site parking and was helpful. The hotel is just off the main street and shops and restaurants are within walking distance as is the beach. Does it get any better, I think not.
