Great location near to the Liverpool waterfront, shops, M&S Arena and Albert Dock.
Clean, modern and well organised hotel with friendly professional staff and excellent choices of food for breakfast and evening meal.
The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and well stocked with clean towels, toiletries and refreshments.
All areas of the hotel are very well maintained.

The location was fabulous, staff were really friendly and welcoming, rooms where very clean and beds comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere, would definitely stay again.
Spa facilities and changing rooms where a little dated.

Comfortable clean room, helpful restaurant staff.
Stairs not available except in event of fire. Pool facilities ok, but rather dominated by rough young men around 4.30-6.00pm, who dived in, were loud and kicked the recliners around, whilst a children's swimming lesson was going on.
