Great stay.

Our stay was great. Nice warm place. Close to town center / bus stop etc. Nice breakfast. Good WiFi.

Staff at reception could be nicer. Two guys who were looking after us were very nice and helpful. Girls at reception and staff at breakfast could smile a bit . Maybe it's in they culture but just to say Good Morning or Hi wouldnt cost that much.

The bath didn't have a shower curtain or shower cubicle. The drain was right opposite the door. So, the bathroom got wet with water all over. When I requested for bathroom slippers, none were available

You get what you pay for.

Had tea,coffee facilities. Iron and ironing board. Room clean.

No lift had to walk upstairs,luckily only two flights. Room was quite small. No shower gel in bathroom. Breakfast could have had more variety and labels to explain which type of jam etc.

Good stay ruined by night interruption and rude manager

Location and breakfast. The walks to the town center and the museum were especially invigorating. In general the staff at reception were helpful (except for one incident that left a very bad taste).

Around 2 am the first night there was loud grinding noise in the room. It appeared to be the a/c. The manager came to investigate and while her partner was trying to locate the source, the manager (lady) responded in a very insulting manner, as I was trying to help identify the possible source of the noise ("I am not deaf, I can hear ..."). Not sleeping well and then being yelled at for trying to help, not my ideal stay ... and next day no acknowledgement or apology, let alone any offer to compensate in cash or kind. Extremely disappointing and insulting!

OK, no frills hotel, fine for a short stay

Excellent breakfast, Location was good for the town centre

Room had no AC so was very hot and uncomfortable, the only way to cool the room was to open the window which was then noisy with traffic. There was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea, coffee, sugar etc to make anything with. I couldn't log onto the internet

I lived there 5 nights and it was wonderful stay all around Europe trip.

Breakfast, room & location are the best rates I will give. Very convenient to walk around where the hotel is near the shopping mall, and the bus stop is just right in front of the Hotel. As well as 10 to 15 mins driving time from the Airport. Breakfast is so delicious, and you can have a buffet dinner in the hotel if you want with 16 EURO for each person. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
