This was a delightful place from which to explore Rovaniemi.

We were really hoping for a warm, comfortable space to stay in while we explored the city, and this was that. It wasn't an overtop, full-service hotel, but we didn't need that. We needed a spot to stay and it was wonderful for that. The nice breaktfast was a bonus.

The beds. This is fairly standard for Europe, though. Two twin rolls is not the same thing as a double bed. I've seen this in hotels all over Europe. I don't understand how Europeans wake up every morning with back pain and accept it as standard. It's very strange.

The situation

1. The lift does not work, we carried 8 suitcases with children’s and ancients for 2 days. 2. Heater does not work although I notice 3. The sauna worked at night 4. They did not clean rooms everyday and i did not not have all the needed for clean it.

Best way to be in Rovaniemi and not overspend on a hotel room - perfect base of operations.

Affordable, location walkable to all major sites in Rovaniemi, and the in-room sauna and amenities were wonderful.

Just didn’t like that there weren’t staff on site full time, the code for entry and key pickup was offputting.

We had such a lovely stay at Golden Circle Suites! The suite was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It felt cosy and homely while still being modern and well equipped. We really appreciated how peaceful and tidy everything was - it was the perfect place to relax after exploring Rovaniemi. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like Santa Claus Village (about a 15-minute drive away), yet still quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep. We requested fresh towels during our stay, and the staff kindly brought them up the next morning - a small but appreciated gesture. Everything from the cleanliness to the layout made our stay feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in caring for the property. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality made our trip to Rovaniemi even more memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending Golden Circle Suites to friends and family, and would love to stay here again in the future!

There wasn’t anything to not like - but if I had to say something, maybe it’s that they could have provided some milk and breakfast tea - there were other teas but no breakfast tea. Also, it would have been nice to have somebody come round to make the beds (I made own my bed but my cousin didn’t make hers).

Great spacious apartment located in the heart of Rovaniemi. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond with our requests for assistance. The sauna was an added benefit to warm up.

The suite was very cozy, the selection of colors, furniture and materials was great. I felt like home, it made me feel calm. I enjoyed the sauna very much as well, its condition was perfect. The location of the hotel was very good, in a walking distance from the center.

A cosy, well located base for a Rovaniemi stay

The decor was great, it had a good homely feel. The sauna attached to the bathroom was great, and the instructions for it were easy to use. The hotel was well located - a very short walk to the centre and a nearby 24 hour supermarket.

The baggage storage could be better signposted and perhaps in a more secure part of the building.

Loved it.

The location was perfect close to everything and bus stop about 4 minutes away to Santas Village, the room had everything we could possibly need, the sauna was a lovely touch, the lady who checked us in was so helpful and lovely. Sleds available to borrow and return for small kids which was great.

The best wasn't the most comfortable but it was okay.

We booked the apartment for three adults. But the most that can fit are 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. There were not even doors between the rooms. And the sauna could only be used by 2 people, certainly not by 3.

Clean, lots of storage for bulky winter clothes, right in the middle of town for shopping, bus to Santa Village, pick up for winter activities. Breakfast on site.

Good stay in town, convenient for bus to SCV

Good location, easy to catch the Santa bus from outside the Artic City hotel just a minute walk round the corner. Also can walk to the Angry Birds park for sledging (other guests left sledges downstairs near the sofa area). Heating was a little warm in the rooms for my liking but you can open the windows for cold fresh air. Kids had 2 pullout beds next to each other in the living area which they slept well on. Small kitchen facilities handy for breakfast and simple meals, decent small supermarket just a minute away. Big bathroom, enjoyed the in-room sauna. Would stay again!

We needed 1 night stay over in Romaniemi. The Golden Circle Suites are perfect, central, confortable and well equiped.

it feels a bit unwelcome not having personal contact when checking in. But if you like independance, this is fine.

the noise of the lift and service area outside our door. No one serviced the apartment for the 5 days. so no toilet etc, no soap in any of the dispensers from when we got there. 1 toilet wasn’t going to do a family of 4 for 5 nights!

We would definitely recommend staying here@ Natalie met us easier in the day and was extremely helpful in helping us to store our luggage. The room and beds were very comfortable, the instructions were clear and there was lots of space to accommodate our group of 7.

Some basic kitchen supplies were missing: dishtowel, paring knife, but this was a minor detail that we were able to work around.
