Very close to New Market mall

Quest Newmarket, great location, nice apartment normally. Have stayed there many times and has always been great.
Staff are really lovely and tried their best to sort my problem of the drain stench in the bathroom
There was a stench in the bathroom that ruined my stay.
The staff tried their best by trying to put stuff down the drains, and gave me spray so I do not blame them at all with it being Xmas.
They also offered me a change in rooms but it was much smaller with no balcony, and as I was there with a big family group i needed space. As it turned out we used another room and i would have been embarressed to host people due to the smell. As my only holiday of the year it was just so disappointing for the money. Also I was there 4 nights and had no service, had to ask for new towels on 4th night.
