The room was spotless. Love the location. The building smells fresh. The bed was very comfortable.
The cups were very small. We had to buy our own mugs to get a decent cup of tea or coffee. The extractor fan in the bathroom, toilet was only on at selected hours, not when needed.
The TV sound was not crisp and clear, a little muffled.

Newly renovated room overall.
The shower is elevated too much. It would be difficult for seniors or guests with weak knees to get up & down from it.

location was good for us. View from the hotel was very pleasant. We didnt have breakfast. waitress in the resturant was very pleasant and helpful despite having to tell us 4 times that what we wanted was not available.
We stayed two nights. I would have thought that they would make the room up for the second day. The resturant was not up to scratch . We asked for 4 different things before we got what we wanted, Everything we asked for ( on the menu) was not available
