Check in was easy. The young lady who checked us in was welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and inviting. Also we had our little 3 year old with us and the room was child friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the waterpressure was nice and strong. Also I recommend the parking offered by Quest.

Good location, close to motorway and Parnell. Clean studio. Access to washing machine and clothes dryer.
Difficult access behind Auckland University buildings. Expensive parking. Air conditioning unit in room could not turn fan level up or down, remained on full speed and sounded like a freight train in the room. Thin mattress and pillows, uncomfortable bed. Shower had uncovered drain hole.
