Location and access to transport to and from events / venues Staff helpful and pleasant

Pool not easily accessible to enter / exit so put off taking a swim , Bathroom poorly designed making using facilities difficult!

The smell of the place was gross at times and residents staying there were questionable. Had a couple of interesting interactions in the lift where I would probably not stay again because of these things.

Spacious apartment with all the amenities. The location is perfect if you like shopping and access to good restaurants

A big apartment with good harbor view. Great location in the Centre of Auckland. The staff is very friendly.

The property was centrally located, easy walking to the harbour - restaurants /woolies.

The drug dog warning in elevator rang a few alarm bells. Not any extra waste bin liners, body wash for the shower, dish detergent, dishwasher was broken, no washing machine detergent.

The staff was very kind and it is in a great location

Super close to bus stops and in a great location to visit the bay and downtown shopping. Had many amenities like kitchen and washer and dryer. The staff was very polite and efficient and they even let me in to my room a little early.

Couldn’t open window and the in room air conditioning was so cold and loud so I didn’t run it and let it be a little warm.

Location and ease to get in and out of the building. Loved the washing machine and dryer and air con worked however nothing in bedrooms but a fan and sliding door/window in bedroom doesn't open. Loved that I had my own bathroom and the teenager had his.

Map to parking is so wrong and instructions provided just confused us more. So glad I bumped into an old man who directed me or I would have been lost and frustrated. Disappointing that the wifi is on a limit of 30g

Well situated a couple of blocks from Britomart/Waitemata train station and the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. It's conveniently located near Queen Street.

Wonderful place to catch a ferry from

Had to catch the ferry to Tiritiri Matangi in the morning so location was perfect. All the staff were most helpful and we appreciated being able to leave our car in the carpark

we preferred the room we stayed in on the first night, especially having the two bathrooms

Very good overall, great location

Great location close to Britomart , Queen St & ferry terminal. Awesome views of city & part of harbour. Friendly & helpful staff at front desk that were always happy to provide fresh towels, dishwash liquid , toilet rolls, wifi pass etc as required . Good size bedrooms and lounge , kitchen was set up well with ample cooking & diningware provided.

Bathroom was small & cramped , bedside shelves hung over the bed to far and kept banging elbows on the corner of them .

Recommend this place for comfort and convenience, and it is very good value.

Fantastic central location. Transport at the door. Easy to get to. Room was clean and tidy with a pleasant view. Staff very pleasant and helpful and always available. Having parking (paid) in the building was great.

A small table in the room would be good. I used the ironing board instead as I needed somewhere to set up my laptop.

Location was good

Gym didn’t open at all despite it saying it would open at 6.30 and then the desk attendant told my husband it opened at 7am, he went back 3 times and it didn’t open. We said we were traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids but despite the ability to have one room as 2 singles, they left it zipped together as they said we needed to request 2 singles. We asked them to do it on check in but they said housekeeping had left for the day. You need to request a carpark (nothing says that on booking). No street parking to take your bags inside. Very small apartment. Desk attendant did not answer the room when calling from the room. Had to come down the 34 levels to talk to them.
