Great location. Burley Park Station a very short walk way, or Uber into Leeds. Pubs and restaurants in Headingley within easy walking distance. Felt very safe. Staff very friendly. Plenty of parking. Room was spacious and clean. Good Tv with plenty of channels . Shower was excellent. Room very quiet. Enormous and comfortable bed. Loved the view. Stayed on the third floor, lift worked well. Will stay here again.

It was a lovely surprise that the room overlooked the ground. It was very clean with a lovely modern bathroom. The bed & pillows were super comfy.

The receptionist upon check in (Saturday pm) was a little dour. But when we checked out this morning the lady working then was really friendly.

Perfect for a Headingley stay

Excellent value for money, perfectly located, very comfortable. We arrived early, and as the room was ready we were allowed to check in early. This was at no extra charge (unlike some other hotels). Plenty of options in the near vicinity for food and drink. Parking included. Just brilliant.

Lovely venue, which would be Improved if the Highway agency "Pulled it's Finger out"

Nice clean and comfortable room, with lovely reception staff! Car park is very secure, I'm not interested in Cricket and it was out of season anyway, however it would be a excellent venue if you were wanting to take a day watching and drinking without having to travel to another Hotel.

It's not easy to get to at the moment, Headingly road has been getting an upgrade for what seems like the last ten years, meaning diversions through some very congested narrow urban streets. The venue currently doesn't do dining facilities either, However as it's in the University district there are lots of bars and eateries within walking distance.

Location was perfect as we were attending an event at Headingley. Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was spacious and clean.

Great Stay will definitely stay again

Novel hotel, fab if you’re a cricket fan the room overlooked the pitch. Headingley centre a 5 min walk with bars and restaurants and lively with students. 24 hour security which was a safety benefit.

No Bar or Restaurant, would have made the stay perfect if there was a bar even just serving breakfast and bar snacks.

Great little hotel

The view of the cricket ground was amazing from the hotel room. The hotel room was basic but extremely comfortable. Parking was secure. A quick 5 minute walk to Ottley Road and the pubs and restaurants. We stayed during a weekend swimming gala at John Charles Aquatic center, very easy to get to.

Directly under the arrival flight path for Leeds Bradford Airport so some noise disruption, but didn't notice it after 11pm.

Excellent location with parking. The room was really big with a huge bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely big shower in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Great spacious room with a view

Large spacious room, very clean and a great ensuite with a large shower head and heated towel rail. Great view across of the cricket pitch from the bedroom window and the bonus of large TV with sky sports. Tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and a fridge also in the room. Private secure parking outside the entrance,

Not easy to find. Stains on hallway carpet. Small pokey shower room (limited rails). 2 night stay and did not refresh tea/coffee, or toilet paper. Understand not being allowed on balcony but couldn't even open a window.

The morning view of the Yorkshire cricket pitch was priceless.

Satnav directed me to the place with no issues. Though I checked in late staff was polite and the rooms was neat, big and comfortable bed. Will recommend and use this again whenever I am in Headingley.

Location was excellent as attended The Hundred, staff really friendly. Clean and extremely comfortable room. Breakfast was delivered to your room and fab view of the stadium.

Hotel was clean enough but parking was stupid. We went through main security gate and told we had to drop off our luggage at reception then drive out again and park down the road to carpark F even though there's a bloody carpark next to the security area which was completely empty! We was told that we can't park on there because there's an international cricket match on Tuesday. We were booked in for Saturday night only so why could we not park next to the bloody hotel. I would like to see what they say if we were a disabled. This parking down the road is ridiculous because of an event that's 3 days away!

It was close to where we needed to be

False advertising, parking was only available in a unmanned parking lot down the road and didn’t allow us to park onsite even thou there were no matches on. Also was offered a breakfast ( even at a cost) as stated in the print. The room was way too hot and the hotel was obviously aware as they had put a table fan in the room which was sufficient and the stuffiness made it very uncomfortable. When mentioning the problems to staff we were told they cancelled about room. We had to have the booking reinstated as it was late and not knowing the area thought best to put up with it for one night.

A unique & enjoyable stay in a good location

Very friendly & helpful staff. Great view, even the non-sport lovers amongst us loved the sight of the stadium first thing in the morning. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very warm, there was no AC & initially no fan. We mentioned this to the very good staff, however, who quickly sourced a fan and delivered it to the room.

Great clean hotel with very friendly staff

The location is great as it's very quiet and easy to get to Leeds and a 5 min walk into Headingly, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need, beds are very comfortable as well, and the view when you open the door over the stadium is an added bonus, will be back again next year!

Great location, friendly reception staff. Clean and amazing view of the cricket ground if you were there to watch it, room facilities very good.

Very hot room, no aircon with only a small fan in the room. The windows only opened high up so very little airflow, pretty hard to sleep in the heat.
