Location was great for where we needed to be. Staff were very helpful as we needed to change room. Parking was free (but only because bank holiday weekend) and lots of it
Walls are quite thin so rooms are always the quietest. Have to pay £5 extra to use the facilities which just seems such a small amount so why charge it.

Follow up service to make up for my room not being ready for occupation.
My room had not been cleaned or made up for occupation following previous guest.
Also I ordered lunch and a drink as suggested using the QR code/app. Asked where my drink and food was after 15 minutes. Waiter went to kitchen and came back to carry on moving tables but no update. Food came out quite quickly but no drink so had to ask for the drink.
Took the last parking space both times I returned to the hotel
