A repeat 2 day stay for business. The Village offers good value accommodation and facilities.

Bathroom smelt of smoke, room temperature controls did not work - it was too hot, room was not very big. Bar closed 1.5 hrs hours earlier than the published hours stated. Despite it getting busier as people were coming in from nights out. Leisure facilities were not included in the price - they wanted you to book a time slot & pay

There was some issues from the bar after hours and the police were called, the noise was terrible and we didn’t get much sleep, the hotel did waiver the food bill for the inconvenience caused.

Just WOW ! What an Amazing Place to stay at. Room, food, staff, Parking. Could not fault the place. 2 Ladies on Reception helped me out with a little mistake I did while Booking ( I booked North instead of South ) doh ! But Sara and Izzy sorted it out for is in a Jiffy. Thanks again for a Great Stay and keep up the Great Work.

We were in Leeds for the cricket - this place is very walkable to the ground has parking and is comfortable. Good value for the price paid.

Room was a long trek from reception with bad sign posting and up and down floors. Night was disturbed by loud drunken people coming back to their rooms and not being able to get in and a car alarm going off outside the window throughout the night. There was no phone or number to call to complain or to report anything. There were no sockets by the bed apart from round pin sockets which lamps were plugged into and were useless for UK plugs.

I was checked in by a member if staff and paid for parking upfront. Since being home I have received a parking fine and despite emailing to get it cancelled, have received another letter from fine company!

We recently stayed at the Village Hotel and had a great experience overall. The food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Our room was lovely and clean, however, we did face an issue with the heat; without air conditioning, the room became quite unbearable. Although there was a fan available, it was very loud, which disrupted our sleep. Despite this, we would definitely stay again, as the location was perfect for attending the cricket at Headingley.

Stayed in the Village for the first time and we were very pleasantly surprised. Good food, nice rooms. Only complaint is that the lighting in the room is very dim despite turning them all on. We were glad we had our kindles with us.

Overall a good stay however not having a plug next to the bed wasn’t ideal. Also why is there security on the hotel bar, seemed a bit odd.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy. Carpets were filthy. Dust and grime along all the skirts, the bed frame, curtains, everywhere. Soiled carpets and musty smell. Splash marks up the walls, soiled headboard which was FULL of dirt and hair which could be seen in the light as soon as you sat on the bed! No way to air out the room as the windows (also never cleaned) opened a fraction. No fan , no ac and no extractor. There isn’t even any plugs by the bedside to use. It was so dirty that my asthma was exacerbated terribly. I had to take anti histamines and extra meds. I left < an hour because it was so bad. I was told to email management all the evidence for my refund. That was weeks ago and not as much as a reply. It seems they cannot be bothered to even address their level of cleanliness which affects people’s health. A disgusting hotel.

Was in room 501, and again tonight. Accessible room with a link door. Room 503 were having a party all night, 2men and ladies !! Staff were not interested in support and even moving room for me. Next morning no hot water - hopefully 1 off !! Great hotel though - stayed before but people like that ruin the stay for everyone normal !

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel and facilities. The place is very clean, the bedroom was huge with a comfy superking bed, the leisure club was excellent and not too busy even though we went on a Saturday morning. Free car parking over the weekend was a bonus too. Overall, very good value for money and we'll return.

We have stayed at The Village Hotel, Headingley several times prior to this visit & have always been satisfied but unfortunately on this occasion the rooms looked tired & very basic. I hand towel to share between 2, no glasses or bottled water in the room or bathroom.

Great comfy stay, overall good, found an old vape juice under the sheets - they were clean so assumed belonged to one of the maids dropped it when making the beds. Comfy room, good place to lay your head during travels!
