The staff were really customer focused, from booking into the hotel, having a a drink at the bar and breakfast the following day. Each person me and my dad encountered, gave us a great customer experience.
There was no grab rail over the bath and no bath mat. It was a little difficult for my elderly dad getting in and out of the bath without having a grab rail to hold onto or a bath mat to prevent him slipping in the bath tub.

No breakfast taken. The room was very nice and clean.
The small shower head wouldn't stay in position, turning to the wall and slding down all the time.

Nice breakfast and a comfortable bed.
Bath was dirty (hairs) toilet flushed very badly and no anti slip mat for the shower which was over the bath.
