It was close to the airport

It was dirty, it smelt of smoke, there was rubbish under the bed. The bed was broken, there was mould in the bathroom, the walls were dirty the whole place needs redecorating and cleaning

Too much light getting into the room. Room wasn't ready when I arrived. Fire alarm went off at midnight on 1 night of my stay

Close to the NEC Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Great value given the area.

Lack of standard facilities in the room. Hair dryer was provided with a smile when I asked but as a women travelling alone, I would not go into reception to make a hot drink.

The location would have been good but I got blocked in the car park so the proximity to where I needed to be was completely negated by not being able to leave. Needless to say, I was late as a result.

Not a great experience unfortunately. The rooms are pretty bad and not particularly clean (I found a fag butt on the floor in the room). There are no deadlocks on the doors, not great for lone female guests (or any guests!) Just those awful round handle locks you get on your nan bathroom door. The furniture is a mishmash of random things (the wardrobe looks a bit like old school locker only not as charming) There's only one curtain that barely coveres the window, the window doesn'tshut properly and directly outside is a gas boiler flue. The shower was cold, the room was chilly (turning the radiator up did nothing as the TRV valve was broken. There were two plug sockets, one near the ceiling and the other coming away from the wall. No tea, coffee or kettle as advertised. In addition they rent half the car park out to an airport parking company who blocks you in if you park in thier spaces (but no-one tells you where to park and there's no signs) I got blocked in and was made late for my meeting. Over all I will definitely not be staying here again!

The location was difficult to locate. No arrangement for breakfast. No arrangement for kettle or coffee materials in the rooms, one had to come to the reception downstairs anytime one needed a cuppa, which was not convenient at all going up and down the stairs.

Parking was ridiculous and told to move as reserved for airport stays. Reception was scruffy with chairs and bits all over the place. Keys to rooms were on cheap key fobs from Amazon. Got in room and struggled to make sure it was locked so no one could get in. Room was tiny. Bed was hard. Stains on wall and carpet and curtains. Shower was small and mouldy. Toilet seat was falling off. Very little toilet roll. Tv had porn channels on it when trying to find normal tv. More like a hostel and would be lucky to be a 1 star. Warning do not stay here.
